Apartment holiday rentals in Nea Peramos

The house was in the most beautiful place of Kavala. The location was great. It was within walking distance to town, pier, grocery store,cafes and restaurants. The house was very clean and modern. The view from the balcony and terrace was magnificent. We were very satisfied.

First of all, the view from the terrace of the apartment is so beautiful, it's actually breathtaking! The pictures don't do it justice! The area is very nice, the local beach is only 2 mins away - a short walk down the path from the apartment building. The apartment itself is very nice, clean, newly renovated and furnished, it had a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine with pods and everything else, that we needed. We felt right at home and didn't feel like leaving:) Our host Bill was truly wonderful, always so helpful, and he gave us great recommendations for places to visit and things to do in the surrounding towns - Nea Irakltsa, Nea Peramos and Kavala. Thanks to our wonderful host, in front of the building there was always a place for us to park our car. The most famous beach in Northern Greece - Ammolofi beach, is only 15 mins away by car, so we were going there every day. All in all - great visit, great host and great stay. We hope we can come back soon again!

Words are superfluous. We stayed in the home for a week, The dance was great and very clean. The view from the balcony was truly breathtaking. Mrs. Mary and Mr. Demosthenes are two really sweet people who make everything possible to stay well-maintained. I highly recommend it for a couple, family and pets.

We loved our stay! Our host was so lovely and helpful, replied to our questions quickly and was super friendly. The flat is cute, has everything you could need with a great bedroom, homey kitchen and spacious living room. The terrace is also huge and peaceful! Very easy to find and has shaded parking right underneath. The beach is literally 5 minutes walking down the road, with a beach cafe right on the golden sands. There is also a fantastic restaurant almost right across the road. It’s perfect for a little family holiday. So happy with everything! Had the best stay and would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host Panos was incredibly friendly and hospitable - he and his wife welcomed us warmly and were always happy to help with any questions. They gave us great recommendations for local beaches, restaurants, and bars, which made our trip even better. On our first morning, they surprised us with a delicious homemade pie, and when we left, they gave us sweets as a parting gift - such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend staying here if you want a personal and heartwarming experience!

At first glance it seems like an old house but it is rather cozy apartment, which has enough space for up to 5 people. Nice veranda with an outdoor table as well. It's in a quite part of the town, but everything is no more than 10-15 mins away by foot. The hosts welcomed us and have baked us a delicious cake, which made us feel right at home :) They are very responsive and friendly and gave us some good recommendations too! Overall we enjoyed our stay! Great value for this price!

We had a good time.. We were here during Easter.. There were eggs painted left on the table as well as authentic Greek cookies.. It was a very kind gesture from the owner.. The apartment is small and cozy, the terrace is also comfortable for morning coffee.. The building is close to shops and establishments. We felt wonderful and would stay again on our next trip to Kavala. I recommend the place !

We had a very nice stay at this BnB. The location is really excellent – the beach is only a minute's walk away and several cafés and restaurants are also within walking distance. If you want to experience something more, you can reach Kavala in about 20 minutes by car. The view from the BnB is fantastic and absolutely matches the photos. The accommodation is large enough for two people and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. If you plan to spend a lot of time in the accommodation, you should know that it is more functional - but that was not a problem for us, as we spent most of our time outside anyway. Overall, a clear recommendation for anyone looking for a nice, well-located accommodation near the beach!

The home was very thoughtful with modern design and fully equipped. The view from the balcony is magical and gives you the opportunity to travel through the city and the endless blue of the sea. Host was very accommodating. Highly recommend 🫶

Jasmina is an amazing host! She anticipated our needs and send us heater before the weather get cold. We didn’t even have to ask! The apartment is in great location with everything you need. Recommended!

The apartment was a great place to stay in Thassos. It had a small balcony on the first floor, and we could see the sea and Skala Marion beach from there. It was 5 minutes away from the beach by walking. Very close to the KENTRO (center) by walking as well. The host was accommodating from the very beginning. He helped us find the place when we arrived on Thassos Island. He was always reachable when needed. Moreover, the house was cleaned and got properly everyday by the host and his collaborator lady. Highly recommended.

The house is situated really close to the sea. It looks better than in the pictures and has everything you need. I liked that the area was quiet & not crowded but close enough to the beach, shops and the terraces on the sea shore. The bedrooms are comfortable. The terraces/ balconies of the house are spacious and quiet. We enjoyed our beach days at Cactus bar sun-lounges ( 20€ for 2 sun-lounges + 1 chair and an umbrella). The Ammolofoi beach is at 5 min by car and it’s simply great: fine sand, lots of cheap renting sun-lounges with parking included, clear blue water, great pomegranate juice. To sum up, it was a great holiday.

The place is very nice, has a green garden with shower and cozy terrace. The accommodation hosts are very nice and want to do good all the time. Even a small farewell gift was still made.
