We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was clean, comfortable. The location was great, and we felt very much at home. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming — always ready to assist with anything we needed. We enjoyed it so much that we even wanted to extend our stay! The place is wonderful. It is located slightly on the edge of the city, but it is not far from the center. The plus is that it is quiet and peaceful. The apartment has absolutely everything you need - a stove with hotplates, a microwave, a washing machine and detergents, towels, sheets, blankets, etc. The terrace has a view of the sea and has a barbecue. Evaggelia is such an amazing person - smiling, friendly and always available. We were very pleased with our stay. Highly recommend!

An ideal place to relax, with welcoming hosts, a quiet, comfortable and intimate location, with the possibility of choosing several pleasant ways of spending your time: a beautiful wild beach is nearby, and a walk of about 5 minutes are numerous restaurants and bars with the impeccably landscaped beach area. A place like a paradise, we felt like home! Panos was very friendly, always checked on us if we need anything. Definitely want to stay there again, it felt like our private and peaceful holiday home.

We were in Greece for the first time and are thrilled with the accommodation and the host. The apartment has a very nice location. Very quiet in a residential area with direct sea views. Check-in is done with a numeric code. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning that works perfectly, a small kitchen that contains the essentials for two people, shutters, shower gel, etc. Shower and toilet are separate. In general, the building is a very new construction (3 years old during my stay). The best thing was that the host actively approached us after arrival and gave us recommendations for good restaurants and attractions. After consultation with us, the apartment was cleaned daily. The beach and the waterfront of Nea Roda are within walking distance. In general, it is a great location to do things nearby. I highly recommend this place.

The apartment is very spacious and has all the needed amenities. It is in a walkable distance to the city center, but in a very quiet area. There is a parking space. The host is very friendly and responsive. There is nothing negative about the property and I highly recommend it.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

We were here for the second time - and it was just perfect for a little break. The apartment is very well equipped, with air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, which is especially pleasant on hot days. The balcony and the view of the sea are fantastic - the relaxation begins immediately. The street is a bit busy, so you can't expect absolute peace, but that didn't bother us. The location and charm of the accommodation more than make up for it. Vassiliki is a wonderful hostess: warm, helpful and always available. I'm sure we'll be back!

Excellent Accommodation, Literally! My stay at Mrs. Magda's place was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations! From the first moment I felt at home, thanks to the incredible hospitality and warmth of Mrs. Magda, who is an excellent hostess and a wonderful person. The place was spotless, which I really appreciated, and its location was just perfect. It was very close to the beach, to a variety of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, etc., making my daily life comfortable and easy. And of course, I can't miss the amazing view from the balcony! Waking up and enjoying the mountain and the sea at the same time was truly enchanting. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great stay. The accommodation was beautiful, clean and had everything you need. The rooms are exactly as described. Directly opposite is a beautiful church, which is only lights on Sundays. We really enjoyed the calm of the village and felt at home. The village has a small store to buy the essentials. Larger supermarkets can also be reached by car in about 10 minutes. You can also be in town or on the beach in a short time. Marianna is the perfect host and took good care of us. She gave us wonderful stuffed wine leaves and delicious cake for the journey home. Many thanks to Sakis, her son, who helped us with a flat tire. We can highly recommend a stay to anyone. Thanks Marianna :)

Had great time at this apartment. Instructions on how to get inside were clear. The place is clean and looks just like the photos. Apartment is located right at the center of Pefkochori, but because of its placement it’s still very quiet and relaxing. It takes you two-three minutes to get to the comfortable beach. Restaurants around are great and the guide that host gave us was helpful. Communication with host was easy, friendly, they responded quickly and with care. I would definitely recommend it.

A wonderful place for a comfortable and relaxing vacation! The hotel is new, very cozy, and well-maintained — everything looks modern and tastefully designed. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the sea. The swimming pool was especially impressive — clean, and surrounded by a comfortable lounging area. A perfect place to relax during the day. The rooms are spacious and bright, and housekeeping is regular and of high quality. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Our stay left only the best impressions. We will definitely come back and gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family!

The peculiarity was accommodation at the turn of years. I searched for a place by the sea, with a fireplace, to feel at home. For my expectations it was exactly what I was looking for. I think summer is a nice place too. We communicated very well with the host, he provided me with wood, I don't think you will need this in the summer :) I frequently visit accommodations with fireplaces and I know that the owners offer only a few wood, for the atmosphere. This was not the case here. Anyway we had a bag with wood in the trunk, brought from Romania :)) The place is well equipped, the place is welcoming, a lot of wood and stone. It was a pleasant experience for us.

Lovely apartment in a very good part of Thessaloniki - plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and there's also easy access to bus stops close by for going any further out. Apartment looked just like the photos and the host gave very helpful instructions about how to use the amenities and get inside! Would recommend

You live centrally in Thessaloniki and have a great view. The furnishings speak for themselves, of course! All in all, a beautiful, large accommodation.

We had a nice stay. The host met us, the day before check-in sent us a lot of information about faster access to the location ,about good restaurants,sights, and beach locations. Our stay was peaceful, the apartment perfectly suited the descriptions and our space was enough for our big company..
