Holiday rentals with a patio in Nea Filadelfeia

Excellent stay in this very nice apartment. We enjoyed the quality (and cleanliness!) of the premises and the magnificent view of the Parthenon. Communication with Maria was very fluid and clear. In short, we highly recommend this place to visit Athens!

From A to Z we were very happy with the accommodation. The apartment is in a great location, bright, very nicely decorated & you have a wonderful view of the Acropolis. There are numerous restaurants & cafes all around :) Communication with Konstantinos was very pleasant & we always received a timely response. Again in Athens I would book the same place.

We loved the space and definitely recommends this location. Host is very responsive.

really enjoyed the stay, ecerythibg was perfect, clean, bright and lots of space, very comfortable bed and couch! nice garden with fresh lemons!! just be aware that the place is under a car park, you don’t hear anything but it can feel strange, very responsive and extremely friendly!!

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding accommodation, spacious, clean and modern with everything you need. A few minutes walk to the subway and a further 15 or so into Athens. With great comms from Spyros! Recommended!

Loved everything about our stay in this home. It was perfect for our family. I especially enjoyed the decor and lighting.

James is a wonderful host. We felt very welcome right away. He knows all about Athens and its history. The house is a feast for the eyes both outside and inside and the small garden with backyard character makes the stay there very pleasant. From Kifisia, you can reach the center of Athens in about half an hour by public transport. The subway can be reached on foot and line 1 goes directly to the center. If you are looking for accommodation a little away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you. Kifisia itself is also a lively neighborhood where you can have a good breakfast or go out to eat. The house itself is very quiet. We had a wonderful week!

Nice place for a short stay, close to the airport (tip, use Uber). Clean place and very nice and kind host (offered us dinner). Road to go to Markopoulo not easy to walk (next to highway). But for the rest, perfect!

Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Clara was sweet and welcoming. He waited patiently for us, even though we were a little late. She had prepared a little welcome drink for us. The house had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but very communicative with buses, trams and metro. It was easy and quick to get to the center, main attractions and beaches. There were shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so we didn't miss anything.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

I had a truly lovely stay at Daphne’s home. The house is extremely comfortable—every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the furnishings reflect a refined, aesthetic sensibility. The bedroom was wonderfully quiet, and I slept very well. I especially enjoyed the little patio, full of plants and flowers—a perfect spot for a peaceful morning coffee. The location, in the Kypseli neighbourhood, was ideal. It’s a lively and characterful area with plenty of local shops, cafés, restaurants, and street artists. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Just across the road there’s a brilliant greengrocer selling fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts and grains. There’s also a large, leafy park within easy walking distance—perfect for a morning run or a gentle stroll surrounded by greenery. The area is also well-connected. There’s a direct bus to Syntagma, the Acropolis, and other central sights. The metro is about a 20-minute walk away, and links you to the whole of Athens, including the airport.

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Our overall experience was excellent! Κερασια is a wonderful host (even surprised us with fresh fruit from the local market), and the house is clean, well maintained, quiet, and just off the main strip (where there are numerous shops and cafes). We will definitely return upon our next trip to Petroupoli.

Very nice place in a central area, with lots of possibilities but also good connection to the center of Athens.

Everything was great! The house is great and Evaggelia has a great host help us with everything we needed and provided us with all needed information. It has all we needed on our short trip!
