Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nea Alikarnassos

Πολύ όμορφος χώρος οτι πρέπει για ζευγάρια, τα εχει ολα μεσα , ζεστό, καθαρό περιποιημένο, με λιγες γάτες και δύο σκυλιά τριγύρω πολυ φιλικά ολα τους. Εύκολα προσβάσιμο με ωραια θέα ειδικά απο το μπροστινό τραπέζι. Μακάρι να είχαμε παραπάνω μέρες να το απολαύσουμε περισσότερο!!

A estadia foi excelente! O apartamento é muito bem equipado, limpeza impecável. Fomos muito bem recebidos, Eirini foi flexível com nosso check-in por causa do nosso horário com o vôo, e somos muitos gratos por isso. O apartamento é perto do centro, do Porto, e da estaçao de ônibus, o que facilita bastante a mobilidade. Vizinhança tranquila e segura. Único ponto é a internet que oscila e que pode comprometer caso você trabalhe com videochamadas. Mas parece que é um problema da rede local. Tivemos uma ótima e tranquila estadia, e com certeza recomendamos o espaço. Voltaremos!

Το σπίτι ήταν υπέροχο , νέα έπιπλα με ωραίο στυλ , ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εκεί σε ότι χρειάστηκα !!!

Xanthi’s place is perfect in every way. First, it is the cleanest place I have ever stayed - no exaggeration. Everything is absolutely pristine, yet it feels very homey. Xanthi has thought of everything and has lovingly tended to every aspect of her home to make it comfortable for guests. It seems she genuinely enjoys hosting. The location is excellent. Plenty to do, see, and eat. You are in the heart of the town on a pedestrian street, so it’s lively but not noisy. With a 2 minute walk you can easily catch a cab. One of my best AirBnB experiences.

Tolle Unterkunft – stylisch, sauber und super ruhig gelegen! Perfekt für ein paar entspannte Tage zum Abschalten. Check-in war easy und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Klare Empfehlung

The villa is amazing, great views, very quiet (alongside a road but very little traffic) and the place was spotless. Beds and furniture all very comfortable. We were there for two weeks and linen/towels were changed mid holiday. Pool towels also provided. An amazing outdoor area, with table, well equipped outdoor kitchen, plenty of sunbeds and shade if needed. Quite honestly couldn't have asked for more. If we ever go back to Crete we would definitely stay here again ......... and a special thanks to Sophie who met us with the keys on arrival and was there on our departure.

Zum zweiten Mal haben wir dieses wunderschöne Haus genossen. Es war ein Gefühl von nach Hause kommen. Auch als wir gesundheitlich in Not kamen, wurden wir bestens versorgt und bekamen großartige Hilfe. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen, es ist wirklich toll und wir haben so gut geschlafen, wie lange nicht mehr. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder…

Sofia was very helpful and responsive with any issue. The location is great - one of the best parts of Heraklion - and the flat was clean and cosy.

Πολύ όμορφη επιλογή για διαμονή στην πόλη του Ηρακλείου. Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός και είχε όλες τις παροχές για μια άνετη διαμονή. Βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά της πόλης, η οποία παρέχει εύκολη πρόσβαση σε πολλά δημοφιλή σημεία του κέντρου. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ ευγενής και επικοινωνούσε άμεσα και με προθυμία . Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά στο μέλλον!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was walkable to the downtown area and harbour, but also quiet at night and not too busy. It was an easy ride from the airport and the location is also very close to the highway so it’s easy to head to the beach or other towns! Also good local bakeries and gyros in the area! :)

We felt comfortable at Nina’s house , peaceful place to sit outside , the bedroom was amazing , all you need in holiday, not least the beautiful dishes and everything we needed for making a quick breakfast. She is fantastic , friendly and helpful .We will definitely comeback.Thank you !

Georgios ist ein toller Gastgeber und die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum, für uns ein rundum perfektes Urlaubserlebnis das wir nicht nur wärmstens Empfehlen können, sondern eines das wir auch noch gern ein zweites mal buchen werden.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Eleni. L’appartement était superbe et plus grand que ce que nous avions imaginé. De plus la proximité par rapport à l’aéroport correspondait parfaitement à nos besoins (décollage tôt le lendemain matin). Merci à Eleni pour la qualité de la prestation

Le séjour dans l'appartement de Georgios était plus que parfait. C'est un homme formidable, courtois et sympa. Il nous a accueilli comme si on était sa famille. L'appartement en soi était cozy, mignon et très propre avec un matelas confortable et des draps très propres. L'appartement était comme neuf. Georgios connait bien son quartier et les recommandations étaient très utile. L'appartement est à 8 minutes de l'aéroport et du centre ville. Rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Nous reviendrons encore. N'hésitez pas pour réserver cet appartement

Det beste med leiligheten var verandaen, som var stor og alltid med både skygge og sol etter behov. Var lite inne i leiligheten annet enn for å sove. Litt for hard seng for meg, men ellers bra. George var usedvanlig informativ og omsorgsfull, spesielt i etterkant av et kraftig jordskjelv under oppholdet (styrke 6,1).

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Tasos. L’appartement est encore plus magnifique en vrai que sur les photos, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer qui coupe littéralement le souffle. Le jacuzzi privé est un véritable plus, offrant des moments de détente incomparables. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé, tout y est pensé pour votre confort. De plus, vous êtes à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la plage d’Agia et des meilleurs restaurants du coin, idéal pour profiter pleinement de la région. Tasos est un hôte très attentif et réactif, qui fait tout pour que votre séjour soit absolument parfait. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus. P.S. : N’oubliez pas de nourrir le petit chat de la résidence, il est absolument adorable. 😉

We stayed an extra day at Renos's beautiful and bright apartment and as I already wrote in our previous review: Renos's accommodation is absolutely recommendable! The apartment was very clean, well equipped and left nothing to be desired. We felt like at home. There is free parking just in front. The location is perfect, close to everything yet very quiet. Renos is an excellent host, always responsive, kind and super friendly. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Christina’s studio is impeccable, walking distance from the city center. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

Sofia and her dad Giorgos were great hosts, from meeting, explaining and taking the time to make great recommendations to checking in often, very much appreciated! We loved Iraklio (and Heraklion) and the flat had what the 4 of us needed to enjoy our stay. We spent our mornings and evenings on the decks and loved eating outside and drinking beverages. The recommendation for the Peskesi farm to table restaurant was spot on! The restaurant/cafes options in walking distance of the flat are plentiful and every place we tried was good. We walked everywhere, and took a city bus to the wonderful beach by the airport and the ferry excursion to Santorini one day. The archaeological museum is a stand out, and the history museum and Venetian Fortress were also great sites. Ended up skipping Knossos as the artifacts found were in the archaeological museum, so no opinion on that. We shall return to Crete some time and when staying in the area would gladly book with Sofia!

Ένα εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο τής πόλης. Πεντακάθαρο, τακτοποιημένο και εξοπλισμένο με οτιδήποτε χρειάζεται για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση από το διαμέρισμα για τον αρχαιολογικό χώρο της Κνωσού και για την έξοδο της εθνικής οδού. Σε μόλις 10 λεπτά περπάτημα φτάνεις στο κέντρο τής πόλης και στο αρχαιολογικό μουσείο. Πολύ εξυπηρετική η θέση στάθμευσης στην πυλωτή. Εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στήν πόλη του Ηρακλείου.

Kostis’ apartment is cozy, clean and extremely well located. The terrace is spectacular, offering great views of the ocean and an amazing sunset. We truly appreciated Kostis’ hospitality, always one step ahead of our needs with timely communication and great local recommendations.
