Enjoyed my stay. Close to pyramids, clean unit, clean room, fast wifi, helpful host with access to affordable tours to main things to see. Close to main bus routes and can even walk to pyramids. Highly recommend this place. Provided me with pickup from airport and changed my money into egyptian pounds also upon arrival. Mido easy going, informative and always close by to help.

The apartment was peaceful and clean, and the location is ideal for those who want everything within close reach. Security was thorough, conducting all necessary checks upon entry to the compound. Wessam consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything meets expectations, which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend both the accommodation and the exceptional service provided by Wessam.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Maadi - after living in Maadi for 4 years then returning for holiday I can definitely say this is the best place to stay. Having a pool and restaurant on site is great and really hard to get in Maadi

Mohamed was a very nice and caring host, allowing us to check in late at night and making us breakfast, on request, even on the day of check out. The room is located on the ground floor, so it is very comfortable with suitcases, and has a private bathroom. It is small but clean and equipped with every comfort: fridge, hairdryer, hot water in the bathroom, kettle for making tea. We are satisfied with our stay at Mohamed's and recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Belle Epoque. Our apartment was truly exceptional — spacious, beautifully designed, and full of character. The villa itself is a unique boutique property nestled in the quiet and atmospheric district of Maadi, which gave our stay a relaxed and refined feel. Breakfasts were excellent, with the option to dine inside the elegant dining room or outside by the pool — a perfect start to the day. Speaking of pools, there are two on the property, and our children were absolutely delighted. The staff were outstanding: kind, helpful, and wonderfully discreet. A peaceful oasis in Cairo — we would gladly return.

I sayed with Mahmoud, his apartment is really near to the pyramids with wonderful pyramid view. As he is a professional tour guide he took me to the Sakara pyramid tour then we went to Saladin citadel and other historical places and at the end of the day we had a nice dinner at khan el khalily bazar. I recommend to stay with him as he really knows the exact closing time of the pyramids and that info in very useful.

I recommend this place very, very highly. It's about as peaceful as it gets in the area, as Giza is a noisy city and here is on the edge of the desert and a nice village. It's a comfortable room with a nice balcony. There are views of the pyramids from the sunny roof. I had my best breakfasts and dinner in my two months in Egypt here. But the most important thing is that Mohammad really, really went out of his way to meet my needs, which are many. He knows a great deal about the sites and I felt really comfortable with him. He lived in Holland for 10 years and is very smart and easy going. But most uniquely, he has local relationships that allow him to take you to places that are not open to the public. Absolutely incredible horse ride in the desert. A real highlight of my trip. Just note that if you, like me, are used to being independent, you need to know that here you will be quite dependent on him for everything. There are not many shops or restaurants around and it's not easy to find the place on your own. But Mohammad is willing and able to get you everything you need. Just needs some mosquito spray for the room but I"m sure he can deal with that. Awesome place!

منزلي المفضل عندما أزور القاهرة فندق صغير في وسط جزيرة القرصاية آية في النظافة والهدوء بقيادة الأستاذة آية والتي ستجدها متى احتجتها تركت أغراضي عندها لمدة يوم كامل وأرسلتها لي بكل رحابة صدر لا تتردد إذا كنت في القاهرة وتريد مسكنا نظيفا بسعر مناسب

Very good price quality on Cairo standards. Lovely staff and extremely good quality of cleaning 5/5. They have nice 1st floor hotel style rooms, with nice tv, aircon keeps little bit noice. Overall clean and safe, almost quite spot near Giza. They do offer food menu, might take long to get food even 1-2h. They were very helpful with arranging airport car for me to pick up luggage from airport with best price.. 4/5

If you’re visiting Cairo and want to be close to the Pyramids, this is the place. The location is unbeatable. I could literally see the Pyramids just minutes away, and that alone was magical. But what really made this stay next-level was everything else: the food was delicious and authentic, the amenities were top notch, and every detail in the room design made it feel like a boutique hotel rather than a typical Airbnb. Service? Incredible. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Every little thing was thoughtful and well-executed. I’ve stayed at many places, but this one will stay in my heart. I can’t recommend it enough! The highlight, though, was the people. Massive thanks to Mr. Amr, Mr. Ahmed, and Ms. Menna. Your kindness, professionalism, and warmth truly made this trip unforgettable. You went above and beyond in every way—always available, always helpful, and genuinely caring.

Great stay, great location, kind of hard to find, but room was very nice. The breakfast was good, and the terrace was great.

Best place to live

Youssef was a fantastic host, very helpful, always available and very friendly and his staff in the guest house were fantastic. The room was outstanding and I Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Ragab y su familia hicieron que mi estadía fuera grandiosa. Hice todo lo que tenía planeado hacer; Ragab siempre estuvo preocupado de todo. Fue una muy buena experiencia y en un lugar privilegiado. Espero volverlos a ver, grandes personas. 10/10

The staff were extremely friendly and so helpful! The view is incredible and is accurate to the photos, you can even see the sphinx’s head. The breakfast is nice but the view whilst eating it is the best part! The air con works well (we are from the north of England so you can trust me on this) and it’s really high up so the breeze makes the balcony cool, and the room is nice and comfortable. Wonderful hospitality, Mohamed organised a great day tour for us to see the archaeological sites and quad bikes out in the desert which was so fun! He even let us shower in the evening before our flight which was incredibly kind and so needed! My only tip is if you’re a woman make sure you bring a light scarf to cover up when walking around the streets because the staring is horrifying! Even with shoulders covered and my boyfriend standing next to me! This is of course in no way a fault of the hotel! Just a tip for travelling in Egypt. The hotel is fantastic though! I can’t recommend enough!

Mohamed was very Good. Everything clean and close to the pyramids. Issar pick me up in the AirPort, very Good guy also. I recommend this hotel. 5 star
