Mari's house

The house is located in the seaside area of Taormina, Giardini Naxos town. The space is dedicated to my guests mq.100, 40 of which have a terrace on the beach. The house is about one meter higher than the beach. All openings in the house, overlooking the terrace. The result is a bright house with sea view. The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower. My guests can enjoy the sea at all hours of day and night. The house is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning, Internet WI-FI and direct access to the sea from the roof terrace which is on the beach. The outdoor terrace is furnished with 2 tables and chairs, loungers and sunshades. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove, oven and sink. A few steps from home there are many restaurants, supermarkets, tobacco and cash. The proximity to all major highways and communications, make your holiday even more beautiful, you will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful archaeological sites, tourist and historical sites of Sicily. It 'has a garage for 1 car, in addition to parking inside the residence.

L'appartamento è arredato di tutto punto e dotato di biancheria, stoviglie, lavatrice, climatizzatore, tv, terrazzino provvisto di divanetto e vista mare. A pochi passi da casa troverete minimarket, bar, ristoranti e pub. Poco distanti località turistiche quali Taormina, Castelmola, Gole dell'Alcantara e l'Etna.

Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig gelegen, bequemes Bett, Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft mit vielen Getränken wie Wasser, Saft, Milch gefüllt. In der Küche gab es Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Öl, Gewürze. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, auch mit Reinigungsmitteln, Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine war auch da. Genügend Badetücher und Handtücher für längere Aufenthalte vorhanden. Wir haben viele Reisetips von Annalisa erhalten. Vielen lieben Dank Annalisa 😊

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is very spacious and very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Only criticism would be that the photos of the view from the balcony are slightly disingenuous. There is both a gelato sign and lamp-post interrupting the view of the sea and it appears both have been edited out of the image on the listing. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and the location was good for daytrips to Taormina.

Le logement est conforme à la description. L'espace intérieur est optimisé et la grande terrasse est agréable. Les équipements sont très récents. et lla plage à 5 minutes à pied grâce au passage souterrain.

We stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks. It's a lovely apartment in a beautiful location with great views. Giardini Naxos is a lovely place with lots of restaurants and good beaches. The apartment overlooks the beach and is a 5 minute walk into town. The apartment is really spacious with a fantastic terrace. It has everything you need to be self sufficient. We used the local buses to go into Taormina, well worth a visit. Viviana was so helpful and arranged an early check in for us, which we really appreciated as we had travelled down from Rome on the overnight train. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay again. Many thanks

Absolutely gorgeous! It was wonderful hearing and seeing the water outside of our window. The bathroom was incredible —we loved the soaps and shower gels. We also loved the bottle of wine that was provided for us, in addition to the espresso. Having the beach umbrella was convenient as well. In my opinion, this was the best Airbnb of our trip, and I wish we could have stayed longer. If there is one thing that could be improved, it would be the bed, which was a bit uncomfortable.
