Waterfront holiday rentals in Naxos

This apartment is an absolute gem! The location is incredible, with the sea on one side and the beautiful bay with a row of fantastic bars and restaurants just steps away on the other. The living space is small but perfect for two. The terrace is stunning and a great place to relax. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Our second stay in this villa felt just as great as our first one years ago. As a guest, having the willingness to repeat says it all. Thank you Maria and Panayotis :)

The listing including photos are accurate . The place is beautiful with great views and peaceful. We checked out some of the small towns and multiple beaches around the island so a car is really helpful. The beach immediately in front is rocky but the adjacent sandy beach about 1 to 2 min easy walk away is great . Our cohost Lida was excellent. She allowed an early check in , and delayed checkout . The only issue we had was the fuse for the unit was tripped one day while cooking and I texted Lida who immediately responded and helped fix the issue right away which was comforting (no waiting). Would highly recommended .

My stay in Paros was absolutely perfect, and this apartment played a huge role in that! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always available to answer questions or offer local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paros!

Fantastic apartment near everything, tasteful decor, great amenities - the washing machine was a life-saver halfway through out tour through Greece! Hosts were kind and welcoming!

Wir haben Ruhe und Erholung gesucht und genau das gefunden! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Ausblick von der Terasse ist umwerfend. Wir hatten ein Auto und haben dieses als äußerst hilfreich empfunden. Fusläufig sind Strände zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht. Wer eine kleine Wanderung machen möchte, erreicht die nächste Taverne zu Fuß in ca 1h. Mit dem Auto lassen sich mehrere Tavernen in ca 20 min erreichen. Manolis ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber und für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft! Vielen Dank, Manolis!

The house is a simple traditional house very close to the sea. It is a very pleasant summer house. The weather was not good for most of the time there since March was not very warm month so there were some times that I could see that I would have enjoyed it much more if it were summer. But overall it was a very positive experience Andronike was very easy to contact and accommodated all my needs.

We had a very pleasant stay at this Airbnb in Naxos. The host was especially welcoming and provided us with plenty of helpful recommendations for exploring the island. The location was ideal for us—quiet and private, but still close enough to the beach to walk there easily. The accommodation itself was very comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we'd recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful spot in Naxos.

La villa est magnifique et parfaite pour deux couples. Belles terrasses extérieures et roof top! Bien équipée avec deux grandes chambres. L’emplacement est idéal à 5 minutes en voiture de Naoussa et à 100 m d’une belle plage tranquille . Idéal pour de belles vacances à Paros! Je recommande vivement cette villa!

Emplacement idéal à quelques mètres de la plage dans un endroit paisible. Une maison de famille très accueillante avec un joli jardin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (très gentils chats dans le quartier!)

This place was great!!! Walking distance (10 or less minute walks) to a bakery, 2 super markets, a couple restaurants (recommend Thalasea), and amazing beaches!! The cutest place with a beautiful outdoor area for eating and drinking coffee!

Eine perfekt Wahl für unseren Urlaub! Die Unterkunft war wunderbar, mit einer tollen Dachterrasse, einem super Außenbereich und viel Platz. Alles war sauber & ordentlich. Auch die Lage ist toll, die Unterkunft liegt fussläufig zum Strand (etwa 5 Minuten), hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer, ebenso wie eine gute Nähe zur Hauptstadt der Insel - so dass man auch ohne Auto im Städtchen was essen gehen kann. Ein Auto ist trotzdem empfehlenswert. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber neben der Unterkunft ist ein Hühnerstall mit recht aktiven Hähnen - für ein richtiges Landgefühl :) Die Absprachen waren freundlich einfach, Check-In & Out problemlos. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Naxos sind, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!

Super beautiful place, one of a kind, and private. Had a great time with friends with unbelievable views. Easily walkable to town and the bus stop so we were able to explore the island and had some amazing meals. Will come again. The owner was friendly and so was the staff, he even picked us up when the buses were closed for the night. Just remember to ask for the directions before since it is a new build.

Nous sommes partis en famille avec 3 enfants en bas âge. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par notre hôte qui nous a présenté la maison. Remplie de petites attentions, la maison apporte tout le confort pour profiter pleinement du lieu. Le grand jardin arboré d'oliviers a fait la joie des enfants face à une mer turquoise qui étend le panorama au loin sur l'ile d'Amorgos. Les plages environnantes (notamment celle de Psili Amos à 2 min) sont idéales pour les jeunes enfants. Les randonnées et villages sur l'est de l'île sont facilement accessibles en voiture. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs uniques et remercions nos hôtes pour leur accueil.

What can I say… beautiful location overlooking the harbour, with a great balcony. Really well described and we felt really looked after. Apollonas is a gorgeous small fishing village well protected from prevailing winds. Good tavernas and even better ones in the mountain villages a short(ish) drive away. And I’d recommend a car… the village is too isolated otherwise. We stayed 11 days but would happily have stayed a month!!

We stayed in one of the private villas apart of the hotel. Our villa was stunning and perfectly spacious for the 8 of us. We loved being right on the water in a quieter area right outside of Naousa, but still close enough that we could walk to explore the restaurants and shops. Everyone was so helpful and kind throughout our stay, we will definitely come to stay here again if we ever make our way back to Paros!

Such a lovely traditional apartment with the best location! The apartment is only a minute walk to the beach. Everything was clean and as described. The communication with the host was easy and very friendly. Aliki is definitely worth a visit and I can only recommend this apartment if you do so!

Easy walking distance to the city center, but with some cushion from the business and noise. Incredible view of the bay from the balcony. The apt itself is tastefully, minimally appointed, and everything is very high quality. Hard to overstate the value of this apt.

Notre séjour chez Konstantinos était parfait !!! Un très joli appartement avec une TRÈS grande terrasse et une cuisine bien équipée. Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer Konstantinos en personne, il est très serviable et accueillant ! Volontiers nous reviendrions à cet endroit !

Ho alloggiato al Naxian Place con mio marito e mio figlio per due settimane e siamo stati felicissimi! L'alloggio è perfetto per una famiglia perché ha tutte le comodità e l'host è stato così gentile da farci trovare anche la culla per il nostro bebé! Tutto perfetto, dalla posizione alla comunicazione, siamo davvero felici! Grazie a Regina e Dimitras per l'ottima organizzazione. Se visiteremo di nuovo Naxos, torneremo sicuramente da voi!
