Holiday rentals with a patio in Nawala

To all my fellow Indian travellers, this is the place to stay in Colombo—posh, away from pesky neighbours, and totally private. 1) Located in a high-rise, the cute little apartment is ideal for 2 couples or a family of 4. 2) The apartment is clean and well lit, as in the pictures. It is modern and equipped with a big fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, geysers, AC, and hob. 3) If any issues arise, ask. The host is gracious and resolves them immediately. We had a comfortable and relaxed stay. Good luck and God bless.

This is a fantastic apartment in a lovely upmarket neighbourhood of Colombo. Shayani was great to communicate with, check-in was easy and the place was spotlessly clean. The flat is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the balcony provides a superb view towards the Colombo seafront. There’s a great little supermarket nearby, along with a Barista coffee shop. In addition to the trendy Wildish restaurant on the ground floor of the building, there are many great restaurants in Park St Mews which is an easy walking distance. This apartment is highly recommmended. We will definitely return. Five stars.

Silmiya & Hashir were fantastic hosts - they facilitated our checkin when our flight landed at 2:30am, meeting us at the apartment to give us the keys. The apartment itself is gorgeous and has a great view of the lotus tower with the infinity pool below it. The bedrooms and bathrooms are really clean and nicely decorated, it’s a really pleasant place to stay. Fantastic location, next to Gangaramaya Temple & Colombo City Centre mall, Tuk tuks/cars easily available for fair prices to other places in the city which are in general within 10 minutes. They also gave us some recommendations and helped us with a bit of an incident that happened to us, giving us advice and pointing us to friends they had for better information. Really great hosts, with a great apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you ☺️

A fantabulous stay that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and quality. Will definitely be returning. The fully-equipped open kitchen is a culinary dream – every appliance and utility you could imagine was right at your fingertips The overall cleanliness and organization were simply top-notch. As a bonus, the gym access was a major plus : the equipment was well-maintained. An Absolute Gem.

Only issue if I were to knit pick, Was the bills on top Of the monies already paid. Otherwise the apartment was amazing and I would definitely go back!

6 friends had a great stay here!! Amazing views of Colombo city and quiet spacious for an apartment. We had access to pool, gym, sun beds. Was 50m to a supermarket which was really helpful and could walk to a temple. Liyanage met us at reception to give us the keys and orientate us to the house appliances. Swipe access to get into apartment, lift and key for house door made us feel very safe and secure

We were extremely lucky to secure Umendra’s beautiful apartment for our stay. Her sister was there to receive us on arrival,show us in and guide us through till we settled in. She was there at hand to give us the local know how. Cinnamon Suites at Cinnamon life has a rooftop garden with breathtaking views of the sea and the city. There is a good swimming pool with amazing views of the Lotus tower. We couldn’t extend out stay because the accommodation was in demand. We would have loved to stay there longer. We highly recommend upendra’s two bedroom apartment.

This was a new and very clean, well-furnished apartment, located in a very good area. Trizen Apartments are very famous in Colombo and provide excellent service. I am very happy with it.

Suggestion, change main door lock and install 9000btu AC for leaving area.

A Wonderful Stay at Udeni Villa – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Udeni Villa and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Udeni, the host, truly goes above and beyond for her guests. She is extremely responsible, friendly, and always attentive to any need or request. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience really stood out during our stay. One of the best things about this villa is that Udeni lives right next door. This made it incredibly easy to reach out to her whenever we needed assistance or had any questions. Second time staying here coz it’s the best place in Colombo. Feels like home, fully equipped kitchen. No traffic noise and just peaceful, but still so close to everything 10mins walk away

This is the 3rd time we are staying at Namal’s beautiful home. As always Namal is a great host and excellent service and support. Sumudu is a great caretaker. This will be our go to place whenever we visit Sri Lanka. Thank you Namal

This was our second stay at Mayurie’s place, and it truly feels like a second home for our family. The communication was friendly, and the stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended if you're visiting SriLanka for a holiday. It also offers easy access to High-Level Road and plenty of nearby restaurants.

My family and I spent a few days at this stunning place. The property is larger and more beautiful than the pictures suggest. We were blown away! I was occupied with bird watching in the morning and afternoon. The view is amazing and the garden is beautiful. The place is perfectly located if you are looking for a peaceful place that feels remote in Colombo. You can get Tuks or taxis to get you to Galle Face or other parts of Colombo. If you are looking to stay in Malabe or Battaramulla - this is unbeatable. We enjoyed the proximity to my wife’s family. I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, just a 15-minute drive from both the heart of Colombo and Port City. The location is ideal, with a variety of restaurants within walking distance, offering both convenience and great dining options. Where to start, absolutely wonderful stay at Dakshitha and Priyanka's beautiful home. The natural light was incredible in every room, the home being bookended by lush green jungley gardens and floor to ceiling windows also a highlight, large spacious rooms with tunnels of light in each, a large open kitchen and dining space. Beautiful rooftop terrace where there is always a breeze and afternoon sunset, with classy touches at every glance. My small family and I had a fantastic stay, felt very secure and private although it is in a busy area with lots of great amenities a small walk away. Keels, Food City, Sri Vahar, Kandy Department Store etc. and only 5 minutes into Havelock Mall. We are sad to leave but couldn't recomend more also our communication with Dakshitha and Priyanka was professional and quick at all times. We will be back soon

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

Great host, clean place and closer to all Colombo finest attractions. Few things to note/fix for a better experience. Bathroom shower door clashes to the tile AC in the first bedroom leaks heavily and if the collection bucket isn't emptied often it causes a flood

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. The apartment is spacious, clean, there is linen, dishes, washing machine. The hot water is intermittent, the TV during our stay was only working the first day, but it wasn't needed, so we didn't reach out to the host. The host is always available, goes to a meeting, it was necessary to extend the stay - extension without any problems. Right next to the entrance is a great coffee shop with fast free internet. We recommend this place to stay.

This apartment is a hidden gem in the heart of Colombo’s vibrant city life!! If you're looking for an authentic experience, this is the perfect place. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood within a residential complex filled with friendly families, it offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The location is excellent, everything in Colombo is just 10–15 minutes away. The apartment itself has all the essentials for a comfortable stay, but the true highlight is the charming backyard, inviting you to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to the hosts, Dilshan and Sanda, who were always available and incredibly helpful. I had an amazing time and can highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Stay – Clean, Spacious, and Full of Amenities! We had an amazing stay on this beautiful property located in centre of colmbo . The space was immaculately clean and very spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The complex offers great amenities – we especially enjoyed the pool, gym, badminton, and table tennis facilities. There’s also ample car parking, which made things so convenient. There are several nice restaurants nearby, offering a variety of cuisines within walking or short driving distance. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and answering all our questions quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
