Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Naviglio Grande

Ciao Daniela, what a dream it was to stay at your place! I already can't wait to come back. The room was fabulously decorated, more spacious than the pictures. super clean and well-though out space. Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

Absolutely beautiful! The view is extraordinary and the Airbnb is clean with good utensils in the kitchen. Davide and Kerry also gave really fast answers. Amazing!

My father and O were traveling together and we rented this Airbnb to avoid the cost of two hotel rooms. I LOVED the beautiful glass room kitchen!! Was such a peaceful place to have a morning coffee. They were very accommodating about our arrival time which was extra wonderful! The furniture is a bit old and simple (folding chairs around the kitchen table, stained chair in the living room) but for the price it was an excellent option for us and we really enjoyed it! Location is wonderful tram runs regularly (though seemingly on a schedule of its own) and we could walk to duomo in 25 min. I ran In the park each morning and the water pressure is lovely. Look it’s not a hotel, it’s perfect for traveling with two people who want their own space. Only one bed would be usable for a couple honestly so 3 people in beds is realistic. Has an elevator Excellent AC Over all we loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone coming to Milan!

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

We stayed here for just one night to wrap up our trip, and it was perfect for what we needed. The location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes from the airport, yet in a quiet, safe, and pleasant neighborhood. The property was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with plenty of amenities that made our short stay easy and enjoyable. It was also a great base for a quick day trip into Milan, with easy access to both the airport and train. We drove to the airport the first day, parked, and took the train to Milan. Our hosts were friendly, responsive, and flexible, and they answered all our questions quickly. We really appreciated their hospitality and would absolutely recommend this place for anyone needing a convenient stay near MXP and Milan.

Very good hospitality

Lived in Milan a few different times and this is a great place and great location. Well decorated, spacious, and in a clean safe area. Great, if you’re looking for a more vibey place in a big city where there’s a lot of modern airbnbs. The plants all over the place and patio really give you some calmness in a busy city! Location is perfect too if you’re just visiting Milan for a little bit. Everything is within walking distance. Would recommend! Thanks!

We didn't meet Alessio in person, but that wasn't a problem. He offered super good video instructions, so that no question remained unanswered. Alessio was always available for us and answered always immediately. The apartment was absolutely clean, we felt comfortable. As a welcome gift, there was water, cola and snacks. That was exactly what we needed after the exhausting journey. There is a supermarket nearby. You can easily get to the city by public transport. We definitely would recommend Alessios place.

Our stay at Claudia’s was nothing short of fabulous - her home was a highlight of our two days in Como. We were so eager to enjoy her patio and view of the city / lake we opted to eat dinner at home both nights of our stay. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and Claudia gave us great recommendations to make our time the best possible.

This is an absolute gem in the city. The hosts were warm and welcoming and super responsive. The flat is cozy and the balcony makes it feel very spacious. The decor is wonderful. We loved it and would look forward to stay again.

This is a great apartment, just as it looks in the pictures. Fulvio was very nice, and he even made a reservation at a local restaurant for us. The place is near many train/metro stations. Also good AC, as it can get very hot in milan Everything was great, I would stay again

Elena gave us clear instructions to her place so it was not difficult to find. The apartment was clean and the air-conditioning was very much appreciated in the hot summer weather. The view from the apartment balcony was fantastic. The area is very lively in the evenings. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a last minute booking and Bianca had everything in order. Location was amazing with great restaurants walking distance. I had to work remotely and WIFI worked perfectly fast speed. Will definitely book again when in Milan Xx

It’s an easy Metro ride away to city center. Don’t let the fact that it’s not in the city center scare you away! It’s in very clean and quiet side of town where you can get away from the hustle and bustle. This location is about 10 minute walk away from the Metro/Train Station. It’s amazing and clean!!! Highly recommend!!!

Michele’s condo was perfect! We walked there easily from the Milan Central Station, enjoyed coffee on his balcony, appreciated the use of the washer and dryer, and strolled the streets. Communication and check in were prompt and clear. We especially loved the elevator! Thank you Michele!

Paola was very helpful and always a message away, she offered to hold our luggage before check in while cleaning from previous customers. The place felt like home with everything we needed as described with a great terrace and even with free snacks and water. Paola is a great host and I definitely recommend this place. Thanks Paola 😀

Beautiful apartment, impeccable cleanliness (my husband is allergic to dust and had no problems)! Attached to San Siro, there is a pastry shop near the house... What can I say, fantastic!!! Thank you very much Filippo, we will definitely be back!

If I could give the host and this place more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! The space was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped. It felt bright and welcoming, and we genuinely wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend Fabio’s place!
