Nearby beaches such as Las Brisas, Matanzas and La Boca, about 7 minutes away. We have a hot tub for 4 people, and firewood available for guests for both the fireplace and the hot tub. Close to restaurants, beaches, and supermarkets. 5 minute drive to Matanzas. 15 minute drive to Parque Reserva El Maitén. 40 minutes by car from Puertecillo. Good cellular signal for remote work and we also have WIFI! It doesn't take 4x4 to get there, however in winter with rain the road can get slippery. Only 1 Km of dirt road.
