I particularly appreciate the proximity to Leipzig city center (about 11 minutes by tram), to the New Trade Fair (8 minutes by car) and to Abtnaundorfer Park (2 minutes walk), the green oasis right outside the front door. In my spacious roof garden you can relax above the rooftops of the city and unwind. PS: My bedroom has a ceiling fan.

The raw construction look is intentional. First-class transport links with bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn, 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 meters to the lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you are in the city or at the fair in 20 minutes.
