Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in unserer ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Auf 65m² findet eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.

Cozy rustic room to turn off

The apartment is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only used for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (follow pictures). Perfect for unwinding and unwinding...

Welcome to Heidenheim. Quietly located in a prime residential area with very good bus connections is our beautiful 2-room apartment plus private bathroom and kitchen. Wi-Fi and TV are self-evident. A perfect retreat for business travelers, tourists or students. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ceramic hob and a basic set of kitchen utensils. No pets allowed. No parties. Longer stays on request.

Highly recommended! Very nice hostess with a beautiful accommodation, which has an incredible amount of charm and is located in a fantastic environment. If you like animals and nature, you've come to the right place! The property itself is equipped with everything you might need. Shopping is nearby. You can immediately start hiking and exploring the surroundings. In short: it's just beautiful at your place! Thank you again for letting us come to you with our dogs. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed the stay at Simon's very much. Apartment is newly renovated, in the kitchen with small table and two chairs, next to Nespresso machine everything there, incl. Salt, oil and what you need for the spaghetti fraction. The city is 10 minutes' walk down the mountain. In front of the door, a small seating area with a table and a wonderful wildflower meadow. The poppy has bloomed wonderfully!
