Extremely cozy house! The wonderful location with a practically private beach! We were delighted with everything. We love the environment, organized with all the kitchen utensils! Everything very clean and organized, the pool is great size! We spent wonderful days there, we want to go back! 🥰

Staying for 10 days in this house was wonderful, a simple house, but with everything you need and better go out, spend the day out, come back and feel at home! Ana always requests a lot, always attentive to meet us whatever you need! Dona Sônia a love of person, the house is described and the images are exactly as it is! All to suit a large family or not , a full kitchen, air rooms, clean towels, blankets. I recommend Ana's house, the most important haaa in order to walk the black beach, is very close and around the house there is everything, market, pharmacy, restaurants, and if you want to order iFood super fast delivery.

I went to Christmas with three more friends to enjoy Carnatal. Edvaldo was an excellent host. It always responded to me quickly and clarified all my doubts. House is exactly like in the pictures, I would say even prettier. Miguel and Mariquinha who are the homemakers welcomed us very well Miguel showed me the whole house always with a smile on his face. They actually live in the lower part of the house, but that was no problem for us at all. Super recommend Edvaldo's house!

We loved the stay ! We were made to feel very welcome by Jeferson, the homemaker. He gave us the basic information about the house and throughout the stay he was willing to help with whatever he needed. The accommodation has everything you need to spend a few days away from home, in comfort. All well clean and organized, new utensils, new and clean bedding. For those looking for a few days to rest in front of the sea, this option is perfect. A single observation is that the house is on the same ground as another, however, we were not disturbed at any time by the neighbors. What's more, we plan to come back as soon as possible.

The stay was excellent, the place is very well located, sea front and next to bars, restaurants and beach stalls. The place has a huge balcony, with a wide view of the beach of Ponta Negra. The access to the beach is a few meters, it is possible to bathe in the sea and return to the space just by crossing the street. The 2 bedrooms have very powerful central air, leaving the environment cold. The host Joselito is very kind and always responded very quickly. I definitely recommend it, and we will return at another time.

Wonderful, cozy house. The neighborhood is great, has several restaurants, markets and is very close to the beach. There were 8 of us and it accommodated us very well. We'll definitely be back more often.

Very cozy, comfortable house, we stayed in 10 adults and 2 children and felt at home. The house is equipped with items necessary for everyday life and more, we were able to cook there during the stay, use the needle and lines available to sew a tear, and still have fun with some of the many games available. The house has cameras, alarms and electronic locks that made us feel safe. The host, Vicente, was very helpful and attentive whenever we need it. The location is excellent, close to the beach of Ponta Negra, the people in the mood would go back to the beach on foot, those with little disposition easily got an Uber. Speaking of which, we had no problem getting Uber to go or leave, no matter the time. The house is excellent that we feel like staying there longer, now we hope to be able to return!

We made the trip as a family - 14 people in 7 days. We were very comfortable in the house. Rustic and very beautiful and organized decoration. Muiito kitchen utensils. We'll be fine at home. I have nothing to complain about, Yuri was very attentive. And we provided the best experiences, such as good Mato Grossenses, we wanted to barbeque and Yuri did not make efforts to find us the barbecue. The house is perfect, great for those who go in a family with children and the elderly. I look forward to being back soon!
