Holiday rentals in Nata Dol

The location was serene with the 360° view, peaceful and beautiful and it offered so much of what we call a weekend getaway. Away from chaos, and a property made of glass from where you can sit at your window and look outside doing nothing. The owner/ care taker regularly followed up and was cooperative with all the requests made by us. He took care of every little things and also, provided an amazing breakfast cooked by a beautiful aunty. Overall it was a pleasant stay, exactly what we were looking for. Perfect place for a group stay. The property is old but well maintained and decorated. The highlight for me was the back garden which was perfect for a nice breakfast in the sun, the blue pottery dining area, and the living area with a cozy indoor chimney. It was so peaceful and serene i felt like staying back and it was how you define a perfect retirement home. I am sure it would look even better if there was snow! The care takers were very sweet. They were on their toes and were helping us with whatever we needed. The neighbourhood was also very quiet and calming. Would definitely choose to book this property again.

My wife and I stayed at Harmony Heights to celebrate my birthday, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect experience. The views were breathtaking, and the peaceful surroundings allowed us to completely unwind. The interiors were cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home. The hosts were warm, attentive, and made sure our stay was smooth and memorable—something we truly appreciated on such a special occasion. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories. We’d love to visit again!

The place is exactly as it is described, quiet, peaceful and surrounded by greenery all around. There were nice walking trails which we thoroughly enjoyed hiking along and a nice deck to sit and watch the mountains. The food was delicious and freshly prepared and we loved it. We had our pets with us and they loved the place too. Want to mention specifically about the mud houses - what a great sustainable way to embrace the mountains without disrupting the ecological balance. The property uses rainwater harvesting and a big thumbs up for that too. Would highly recommend to all. A must visit and a great place to just unwind.

Spectacular is the word that comes to my mind right away! Breath taking views and such serene property. Didn’t imagine such great hospitality and delicious food at that height! Mr. Jagdish Joshi is one of the most humble caretakers I have come across in my entire life. I’m an avid traveller and this is the first time I’m genuinely taking the pain to write a review. Just didn’t feel like returning home from my room “NAGASAKI”. Honestly lives up to the description. All the minimalistic things are taken care of very delightfully. A stay that would stay in my mind for a very very long time! Already missing the place honestly!!!

Thank you for sharing this special haven with us—it was an unforgettable experience. We were there for good 3 days and never felt bored. The 2 adorable dogs just add more to this, my daughter simply couldn't get over them and she missed them all her way back :) We look forward to come back to this in case Ramgarh becomes a destination again ... Complete value for money (you could have charged even more lol ).

We are frequent travellers , have stayed at many cottages in mukteshwar and it’s surrounding regions…but this place ..Casa saara ,of Capt Nitin Anand ji is something else ..this is a beautiful cottage built by captain with perfect location in sitla ,lush green surroundings with 3 side entrance ..lots of trees,lots of sitting places ,full of natural beauty and fresh air everywhere …tasty home food served by cook deepak …beside this captain and Co host surendra are so friendly and responsive that you will love to stay at this place and would carry beautiful memories with you ..if you are a pizza and coffee lover ,than do visit cafe Awara in near by Sitla market,managed by surendra and his wife…would love to visit again and again …thanks a lot nitin ji for your super hospitality.

We spent 3 days including New Year's Eve at Aikkya. Their place is ideally located with great views, peace and quiet. Our room was simply yet beautifully decorated and was very clean. We liked the fact that their cottages are built with local building techniques, are sustainable and still have the modern amenities and comforts. We especially loved the common lounge/dining area with it's wood burning stove. It's the ideal place to chill, get to meet the other guests, eat and drink. Shivani and Avijeet go to great lengths to cater to the tastes of each of their guests, cooking different cuisines and offering variety. We had some delicious meals and got to taste an authentic Kumaoni spread. At the end of our stay, we left knowing that we will be back.
