Beach house holiday rentals in Nasugbu

We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate 2 bdays. The place itself was great! What you see is what you get ✨ The caretakers are mababait and responsive my slight delays lang on our requests but we totally understand. 😊 The beach is not so great tbh, wrong timing lang siguro punta namin maulan, the waves are big and mej short time lg kmi nakapag swim and there's a ship infront 😅 and my mga trash, coconut husks, lots of sticks/wood, food wrappers, broken glasses but good thing is my naglilinis naman ng beach just be careful lang and wear your slippers. 🍃 Also I noticed the lights on the bedroom sa main floor are too dark IDK maybe ako lang 😅 mej masakit sa eyes maybe make it a little more brighter. Overall I rate our stay 8/10 😍 we get to enjoy karaoke, netflix, cooking kasi complete ang gamit, water dispenser is very convenient especially they offer unli water refill, working fridge and all ACs are working nicely! We had a truly wonderful stay at Jo’s Place – Blue Beach House in Lian! The property was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for our group. The interiors were charming and homey, with all the essentials provided—from comfortable beds and clean bathrooms to a well-equipped kitchen and cozy lounging areas. What made the experience extra special was the beach access just a few steps away. We enjoyed watching the sunset, taking morning walks, and having fun by the shore. The outdoor spaces were perfect for both relaxation and bonding time. Jo and the caretakers were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind. They made sure everything was in place and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommended for families, barkadas, or anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Big pool, Nice sunset, dirty kitchen, and nice big house. What you see in the pics is what you will get once you book here. Karaoke is not included in the amenities though, paid separate of 800 for the karaoke. Weekends have quick power interruptions. over-all, nice big place and full kitchen appliances 🫶🏻

We had a great stay! Perfect for family--kids and pets! Hosts were very friendly and we felt right at home.

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

Villa Bet Resh was a very nice, family & kid friendly villa. The rooms were spacious and the amenities & kitchen equipment and wares were complete. Although I wish there had been more than just 2 gas range as cooking for a big group took a long time. But that was well compensated by the available helpers who were very polite and efficient at making sure the kitchen is kept clean & assisted with the cooking as well. The furniture and appliances were also very nice at the villa (except the stand fans that were a bit faulty). My personal favorite was the space & the interior honestly. We stayed for 3D2N and I think our family of almost 30 was able to enjoy the villa. Pool was awesome, beach side is just okay... some may find it not safe for swimming though...

We loved Rey’s casa Charlene because it’s clean, peaceful, and looks better than the photos. It doesn’t look very impressive in photos but it’s actually bigger, with high ceilings and a loft-like second floor room. It’s good value for money because it can comfortably sleep 14 people. A family of 4 can sleep in one room, another family of 4 in another room, and as many as 6 people in the room upstairs. I love that you can swim in your own pool, they have cable tv, videoke, strong wifi, and a large android tv for watching youtube. The kitchen is simple but complete with a gas stove, microwave, pots and pans, hot and cold water dispenser, a refrigerator, and good quality plates and cutlery. Plus, dishwasking liquid and a new sponge. The 2 separate toilet and bathrooms are small and could use some updating, but they’re clean and the water pressure is very strong. They also provide towels , toilet paper, and shampoo and hand / body wash. Thanks, Babeth and onsite caretaker Gelo

A nice place right in front of the beach! There are lot of spaces that igood for big groups..and i really liked the long table that was placed right in front of the scenic ocean! Kitchen has all the things you need if you are cooking meals. Rooms are clean and the caretakers are really friendly.. since it is situated in a cove, the ocean is calm and safe for kids swimming!

Veronica was super responsive to a multitude of questions that our group had right from the start. We were a group of people that included senior citizens, adults, children, and multiple dogs. This was the perfect place for all! She even went out of her way to help book local trips on the floating cottage for us. The place is just perfect! The pool is amazing and the caretaker Olan, was always ready to help with whatever we needed. Will definitely be going back!

Great host and place! Maam Chay was very proactive and responsive to our needs. Sir Rudy went the extra mile and offered his assistance from securing a floating cottage for us, to bringing us back to and from the house then beach and up to helping us get a contact to order freshly caught shrimp and tilapia. The hosts were truly commendable. Thank you for making our stay worthwhile! 💕

My friends and I had so much fun during our time here in Handum. I want commend all the staff, especially the caretaker, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. We also loved our island-hopping adventure; the beach was breathtaking, along with the pool. The rooms are comfortable and nice and I love how spacious and clean the kitchen was. We will definitely book this place again. 🫶

Our family had an exceptional stay and it was truly our favorite outing! What made our experience even better, aside from the amenities, was the outstanding staff. We were a large group of 28, and they were incredibly helpful with everything, including food, cleanliness, and assistance. Although our trip was short, just three days and two nights, we managed to make the most of the facilities. Everything was so wonderful that everyone wished they could extend their stay. A huge thank you to Bernardo for making our trip memorable! My grandfather had a full-circle moment with him, which added to the joy of our visit. :)

Place was just as described! Hosts were very responsive and proactive. Ate Maymay and kuya Bert - the caretakers - were always ready to help and assist. Too bad we couldn't maximize our stay since we had to leave early the next day, so hopefully we could come back. Highly recommended even for big groups of up to 20!

We had such an amazing time here! The sea view is absolutely stunning, and the sunrise each morning was just wow. Everything about this place made us feel super relaxed and happy. Our onenight stay at The Cove House was absolutely incredible and left us wishing we could have stayed longer! The place is truly amazing and the awesome views captivated us from the moment we arrived. We particularly loved the aesthetic vibe of the entire property every detail seemed thoughtfully curated, making for a truly relaxing and inspiring atmosphere. A huge shoutout to the caretaker who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. And Ms. Shine was wonderfully accommodating, making the entire booking and checkin process seamless and pleasant. The tranquility and beauty of The Cove House provided the perfect escape for our family. We especially appreciated the early checkin and late checkout. The Cove House enough for anyone looking for a memorable and serene getaway!!!

We checked in late at night, but Ms. Jeanne was kind enough to let us extend our stay at no extra charge, as long as there were no incoming guests. Sir Mark was very reliable and quick to respond whenever we had requests. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Been looking for a place where: - There is accessible beach (my dad and mom are seniors) - there’s a pool - aesthetic and this place has it all. 🥹 My dad loved it and we all had a wonderful stay! It’s clean and has its own generator. There’s a housekeeper who can tend to your needs and a security guard so we really felt safe. Host is also responsive! 💯 Really exceeded our expectations. Will definitely come back. 🥰

Recommend taking picture of location map and contact info before coming over because regional internet connection is limited, otherwise home wifi is reliable.

We had an amazing stay. Ellyn’s place was nice and spacious for a group of 6. The kitchen was equipped with cooking essentials, the beds were comfortable, linens smelled fresh and clean. The place was just a few mins walk to the Palm Beach and Main Beach. The caretaker, Kuya Gerry, was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

We had an amazing and relaxing stay at Refuge by the sea beach home. Open-concept pavilion facing the pool and trees contributed to the relaxing vibe. The casitas were clean, seems newly painted. The AC and water heater works well. Maria was a responsive host, while Kikay and Patrick were friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the island hopping. Beach was just 2 minutes walk, and the sunset by the beach was picturesque.

The place is clean and we fit perfectly, 8 adults and 3 kids. Boys enjoyed playing billiards and pickleball. The beach is 2min walk and they have beachfront property where we stayed. We enjoyed the kayak and paddleboard too! Beach is not crowded which is good! We also ordered food from them and we were very satisfied. Yummy and worth the price!
