Viivyin täällä 10 päivää ja koin paikan kotoisaksi. James oli ystävällinen ja avulias, mutta sain olla omassa rauhassa mitä arvostan myös. Mahdollisuus lainata polkupyörä oli kiva plussa. Meri oli sopivan lähellä pyörällä kulkien. Kylpyamme oli tilava ja sänky hyvä. Ilmastointilaite oli melkoisen äänekäs, tai ehkä en osannut vain säätää sitä, mutta toisaalta se piti asunnon ihanan viileänä. Kaikenkaikkiaan olen hyvin tyytyväinen ja hinta-laatusuhde oli oikein hyvä. Kiitos paljon!

This was such a wonderful stay. It was very easy to find the entrance, to get the key and get in, and check out was so simple! The neighborhood is safe and close to downtown, the room was exactly how it was described, with your own AC unit to stay cool, absolutely no bugs, proper curtains for privacy, and plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap, and a mini fridge was a nice touch! The bed was comfy and overall I just loved how cute and perfect the space was for me for a one night stay! Lastly, I have to mention how kind the tenants were there, when my car got stuck in a ditch by the house and a huge rock was under it, the two women spent 2 hours with me getting my car unstuck without any damage so I could drive 5 hours home the next day. Overall I felt absolutely at home here, they were so kind and so generous and it was the guardian angels I needed that day. If you’re debating staying here for an unbeatable price- just do it!

I liked that the house was so close to the ferry to Cumberland Island Park to see the ruins, wild horses, armadillos, etc. pack your lunch and enjoy. I also liked that it was next to an Oaks Grove cemetery. Took a few walks through there to see the many different stones, and many of the people buried there from the Revolutionary War - very historical! St Mary’s is such a calm, quiet and magical place.

We'd lived in Fernandina Beach for almost ten years and knew the area. We were going back to visit friends over Memorial Day weekend and wanted somewhere away from all the tourists, somewhere peaceful, quiet and beautiful. Bert's place filled our needs beautifully. The apartment is the top floor of a garage/guest house uphill from Bert's house. Down the hill is the Bell's River, a narrow tidal stream. Right by the water are a couple of wooden Adirondack chairs. It's a lovely place to sit with a book and a cup of coffee or a cool drink, looking across the river at a salt marsh and the shorebirds. Inside the apartment was everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and pleasant, the kitchen was minimalist but all we needed to supplement the meals we ate in town, and we enjoyed sitting in the living room and streaming TV. Outside the door were a couple of lawn chairs where we drank coffee and ate breakfast. It was just what we wanted.

I was not in Jacksonville for vacation. My husband was a patient at Mayo Hospital and my schedule was at the mercy of the doctors. Frankie was extremely understanding, supportive and super sweet about my needing a flexible schedule. She is a wonderful host and does her utmost to make my husband and I feel at home. I would highly recommend working with her!!

House is very clean and organized. Everything was in check point and communication was great. The beds were comfy and very clean

Thomas was very accommodating and very communicative. He listed local sights to see and things to do. The apartment is very spacious and both of the bedrooms have a TV. We felt very comfortable here. There is plenty of parking and we felt safe leaving our cars here.

Yoe’s airbnb was SO clean, cute, and convenient. A lot of “extra’s” were available: toothbrush, toothpaste, nail brush, bathroom hand soap, and liquid soap, etc. It was nicely decorated. the kitchenette was small, but had everything we needed. The next time I am in Jacksonville, I would love to stay in Yoe’s Airbnb!

The Williams were very accommodating . Allowed us to check in a little early due to circumstances . Very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Cindy and David’s place! We appreciated all the amenities especially the puzzles and access to beach toys/chairs. They were very responsive with questions. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved our stay! We were in town for a wedding and plan to come back and stay again so we can enjoy the island all the things there are to do. It’s beautiful! The place was clean, comfortable and well cared for. Felt safe and comfortable for our stay. The host is so caring and responsive. You can tell they take pride in their little studio they rent out on their property. Thank you so much Terri, we look forward to coming back.

We stayed at Kim's Florida Sunshine for 8 weeks while we were having our kitchen renovated. It was like being on vacation even though we were less than a mile from our home, because the backyard is like an oasis with the trees and pool even Rocky, the official greeter cat, is chill and friendly and Kim is an awesome host!
