Villa with beach property, private jetty. In the middle of nature

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. The house has a private location, yet only a few minutes from the center of Lerum. Enjoy nature, fishing, picking berries, biking, swimming in lots. If you get cold, there is a hot tub. It is a 15 minute walk to the train that takes you to Gothenburg. By car, it takes 20 minutes to Gothenburg. Sup and rowing boat are available to borrow. Outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, or the grill is there for a life out on the balcony. In the house there is a kind cat, good to know for those who are allergic.

Cheap accommodation close to the sea

The rooms are a separate part of the house located in the souterrain with its own entrance. It is 2 bedrooms with kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The area is residential area located close to Askimsbadet with mini golf and windsurfing, etc., about a 10-minute walk, golf courses are nearby. Great bus connections to central Gothenburg, about 20 minutes bus ride, the stop about 2 minutes away. Bed linens and towels are not included, you can rent it from us for the whole party and the stay for 50€, the payment is on site. No parties.

Welcome to well-maintained, lovely villa in central Hovås, 500 meters to Nya Hovås with restaurants and bus communications to Gothenburg! There is also a bus stop 50 meters from the plot where the bus goes to Gothenburg with a change. To the sea you can go by car in five minutes or a quarter of a walk!
