The Cozy Granny Flat

PLEASE READ!!! We have building works next to our property and we don’t know how this will affect your stay. The hours are from 7am-5pm Mon-Fri and on Sat from 8am-3pm. Completed by Oct’25. Situated at the rear of the property our cozy 60 sqm Granny Flat is a private and enclosed space with separate access from the main house. Kingsgrove train station is located just 10 minutes walk then 5 stops to Domestic / International Airport. Sydney CBD is approx. 25 mins via train. Free street parking.

This self-contained granny flat has a kitchen/dining area, bathroom including washing machine and two single beds in the bedroom (one KS). You'll enjoy complete privacy, with no need to cross through the main house to access the studio. Located in Bexley North, the studio is about 10 mins drive from Sydney Airport and just a 10 mins walk from Bexley North station with popular cafes & restaurants around. CBD can be reached in less than 25 mins by car and be at the nearest beach in under 15 mins!

Tranquil & private with courtyard guest-suite 2

Relaxing & comfortable guest-suite with private courtyard, close to shopping centres, bus stop and just around 15 minute walking to Chester Hill station. The suite is equipped with air-conditioning, TV, unlimited fast broadband Internet & WI-FI. Tea, coffee and cooking facility are also provided. Guest also has the gate remote control to enter and exit with ease. This is the 2nd of two separated guest-suites on our large backyard with trees. It is self contain and no sharing amenities.
