Velkommen til Tiurveien i Narvik, familieplassen vår som vi leier ut når vi ikke bruker den selv. En komplett enhet med soverom stue/kjøkken og moderne bad. Varmelabler på bad og panelovner i stue/kjøkken. Egen uteplass og flott utsikt vestover mot fjellene. Enheten ligger ca. 15 min gange fra sentrum i rolig villastrøk, nær sykehuset. Det er gratis parkering på sameiets parkeringsplass. Perfekt størrelse for 1-2 personer, men mulighet for å re opp til 1 ekstra person på sofa.

Here you can live centrally but still let go of the city noise. Walking distance to grocery stores to 10 minutes to Narvik city center by car. Bus stop right down the street with bus that runs every 30 minutes to the city center. Ankenes alpine slope is a few streets away from the apartment as well as light rail to hiking trails. This beautiful home has an idyllic location in scenic Skjomen, just 5 minutes from Skjomen golf park. From the window you can enjoy the view to Reinnesfjellet, a popular spot for mountain biking, and Norway's mainland letter Frostisen. Skjomen is conveniently located, only 25.5 km from Narvik (30 min drive), and Evenes Airport is 84.5 km away (1 hour and 16 min drive). The nearest store, Coop Extra Ankenes, is 18,6 km away and can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
