Excellent from every aspect. Very helpful hosts, very nice apartment and room. Central location in Konak. Easy to get to from airport or otogar. Walking djstance to beach and many other tourist areas. I highly recommend for visitors to Izmir.

Ozgun is a great host, the street where the place is located is good to buy, it is the best neighborhood to experience the real Izmir local life.Walk 5-8 minutes to the sea.Surrounded by a lot of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, very convenient.Had a wonderful week here.Thank you so much Ozgun for helping with the unexpected and make yourself at home!

The location and sea view of the house were very satisfying, clean and tidy and had quite enough heating for those who would stay in the winter. The house is heated by natural gas and fireplace, and the fireplace and sea views make this house stand out from other houses. The house is in a decent neighborhood and the shop owners around know the artisan. The residents are not disturbing people, the apartment is generally quiet and peaceful. I recommend it as a Tourist.

First of all, Nina…. she may be the sweetest dog I've ever seen… we hardly left her… The house is great, especially the patio is very enjoyable. All the amenities are available inside, we did not even go out for a few evenings, we just sat and enjoyed. The projection in the bedroom is a very nice idea, it creates a great ambiance. House is very central at the heart of izmir close to all public transportation facilities. The room has a very comfortable double bed, big closet with mirror, a chair and a bed side lamp. There is locker on the door as well. Ezgi and her husband are very kind, helpful and open minded people! I definitely recommend this place.

The house was very nice. Mr. Seçkin thought of everything in all the details and we were able to reach everything we didn't need. It was spotless and safe, we stayed with 3 girlfriends comfortably. Since we arrived with our own vehicle, we did not have any transportation problems. The location is also very good. The proximity to the sea, the garden, the interior of the house were great. Mr. Ramazan moved our check-in time to an earlier time due to our special situation. It was a house where we stayed very comfortably with the baby. The neighborhood was very good, quiet, and there were grocery stores nearby. All the tools and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom were of high quality and abundantly available. The site is quiet, the parking lot is spacious, we had no difficulty in finding a place. We got a quick response to all our questions. Only the dishwasher was broken during our stay, which is normal.

The house has a great location. Close to the subway and grocery stores. It's also calm and comfortable as a neighborhood. There are enough amenities in the house as well.

5 stars is not enough for Hootan and his place. Every single second of my stay I felt like home. The house is cozy and has everything you're ever need. Neighborhood is quiet. Hootan was really kind and responsive. His co-hosts (his cats 😄) are the sweetest furballs you'll ever see, don't forget to pet them! I can't recommend this place enough, that's the best choice to make when staying in Izmir.

The apartment is in Hatay which is ten minutes from Izmir center by metro. Beautiful view of the Aegean Sea from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has good pressure.

Host is very caring, friendly and helpful. He also provided environmental referrals. The interior of the house was impeccable, everything we needed was available at home. The products were very high quality and clean. The location was very close to the center, we had access to everywhere on foot. We plan to go back in the summer.
