This place was exactly as it looked in the photos and described as such. The area it is located in is very nice but it can be somewhat loud with the traffic outside. The host is very friendly & responsive. There is no microwave in the kitchen so please keep that in mind. There also is no traditional living room to just sit and spend time with others. There is more of like a nook just up the stairs and outside of the first bedroom. While I stayed, the bathroom upstairs would somewhat flood when taking a shower even if the shower doors were closed. I did make the host aware of this and although it was not resolved during my stay, it may have been resolved since. All televisions have a limit on how much you can raise the volume. I assume this is to keep the noise down after quiet hours. With quiet hours, please abide by this as the neighbors will call and complain if the television in the kitchen is on after quiet hours. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay again in the future.

Great clean place. Close to Mixy Mall with Euro Supermarket and ATM. Also, there is Park across the street with exercise equipment and not far from Estadio.

I have visited Colombia plenty times, the place I normally stay was not available for my dates so I ended up picking this place. Great stay! Best place I’ve stayed out due to location and 24hr security. Nice employees nice host. Just an all around great time. If you’re traveling alone and are looking for a great location that is safe, look no further. Thanks so much I’ll be back in 30 days!

Great minimalist type of stay. Ideal for the solo traveller or couple. Safe space to enjoy Medellin. Pros-*Secure location and round the clock doorman...*Walkable neighborhood...*Great restaurants near by. Cons*Construction mishaps-overspray of resin from wall on toilet and sink that appears to make place look dirtier than what it is. * Cleaning crew lacks detail cleaning.-Multiple tenants hair found all over room and bathroom area. Would I stay here again: Absolutely.

The location was amazing, it's right in the heart of Laureles and only a few hundred feet from la 70. The apartment was clean and very well decorated. The apartment was also also safe and secure.

Amazing place. Not only was it able to accommodate all 8 of us, but able to be comfortable and have guests over during the day as well. The security of the area and especially the hotel was very good where we did not have to be concerned about that at all. Additionally, the private roof top terrace with the hot tub, tv, bbq, seating area, shower and washroom. Uncomparable and an experience that is unbeatable especially with the ONE OF A KIND VIEWS! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for accommodating myself and my friends!

Santiago was an amazing host and extremely responsive and helpful. Santiago did a great job of providing clear instructions for check in and check out as well as additional information to ensure a great experience for my guests and I. The apartment was beautiful and the perfect location for our stay. This apartment was in a quiet and private neighborhood within walkable distance of amazing restaurants and vibrant businesses. A huge plus about this apartment is the fact that it has spaces where we could hang out during a night in. I highly recommend both Santiago and this apartment! I look forward to a return stay at this location.

Hernando and Santiago were brilliant hosts. They were always available to help with anything we needed and communication throughout was great. The house is perfect for large groups and in a fantastic location. I would definitely recommend.

I was a great little place. It had everything that I needed. It was in a nice neighborhood. The train station is right there, so you can go anywhere. I really enjoyed my time.

The apartment was beautiful, and it is difficult to find one with both a washer and dryer in Medellín. It is a rare gem! The apartment offers a stunning view, allowing you to see the skyline from central Medellín to Estadio, spanning 180 degrees. The interior is beautifully designed and very clean. I appreciate that several fans were provided, as it gets hot for a few hours during the day but cools down at night. I recommend keeping a window open during the day to allow fresh air to circulate and keep the apartment cool. It is within walking distance of the Metro and the D1 grocery store. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Loved the place. Great amenities and easy access to food, shopping, and nightlife. Shoutout to the team as well, everyone is great and extremely helpful for whatever you need!

This place is even better than the photos! The cathedral ceiling gives the space a unique and spacious feel, and the architecture adds real character. While the apartment can feel a bit dark at times, it’s well designed and the bed is absolutely massive and very comfortable. The location is outstanding: you're right in the heart of Laureles, close to fantastic cafés, restaurants, and everything you might need, yet it still feels calm and safe. Cristian was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and well-located stay in Medellín!
