This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

The house was amazing - spotless, comfortable beds, very clean throughout, very useful washer and dryer, and the AC was great - nice and cool. Our host Monica was very quick to respond to any questions and was able to lower the AC temp at my request remotely on her phone app (the minimum was set at 23 but I wanted it colder). The view of the Alhambra from the rooftop terrace was a million bucks. We could see the terrace from the Alhambra as well. The house is just steps away from restaurants, groceries and lots of touristy shops. We arrived from a super fancy hotel in Sevilla but felt right at home here. It was great to have so much space for our family of 4 to be together, and also be able to retreat to our separate bedrooms for some peace as well. And the washer and dryer were in a separate room - lots of other places have just a washer, often in the kitchen. That let us pack a lot less which can’t be underestimated. Everything about this house and host was perfect.

Such a beautiful retreat - close to downtown Berkeley Springs but just far enough away to feel completely secluded. the view from every room and balcony was gorgeous. The house has nearly everything you need right there - we especially appreciated the kitchen having seasonings & all of the pots/pans/dishes you need to cook. Our goal was having a few days to rest and spend time with each other, and that's exactly what we were able to do. The game room was a real treat, and the bowl of conversation starters in the living room was such a fun way to hang out without just having the TV on.

Giorgia & Riccardo were fantastic hosts and were truly helpful when I needed anything- especially their dining recs. The location is perfect yet super private and made me feel like a local with my own hidden getaway. Will definitely return.

Die Wohnung war super sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und toll ausgestattet. Der Blick von der Terrasse und durch die riesige Fensterfront war richtig, richtig schön. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, wir konnten gut abschalten. Arran&Oliver waren sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die uns bereits im Vorfeld informative und hilfreiche Tipps zum Apartment und der Umgebung zukommen lassen haben. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!! ☺️

We stayed at this fabulous villa for a Hen Do and honestly couldn’t recommend this Villa enough. Host was amazing! We arrived before check in, and were allowed to leave our luggage in the villa whilst we explored our soundings. Fabulous location, about 10mins walk to the centre of old town. Villa is so much larger than photos. The host was absolutely amazing and so easy to contact. Definitely be visiting again ! Thank you !!

We LOVED El Solitaire! It is a beautiful house and pool with quality in every detail. The infinity pool is lovely and a good size for getting some lengths in. The view is stunning and it is one fo the most quiet and peaceful places we have stayed. The inside of the house is stylish, light and airy. The kitchen has everything a keen cook could wish for and it is such a lovely space to be in when preparing any meals. Everything was sparkling and clean. There was some welcome food and drink - always approciated. The fridge has cold running spring water and an icemaker ( no risk of running out of ice). Georgina gave us a warm welcome on arrival and was available for any questions. Craig was also welcoming, warm and friendly. Thank you both for all the little touches that made our week such a 5 Star experience!

We had an amazing time. The place was very clean, views were stunning. Host was attentive and responsive. Care was given to provide many items to ensure we had all the items we needed on our arrival. Extremely thoughtful! We had two young children and were please to have everything we needed for them to lunch on arrival. So many special touches!! We had a hard time leaving, we hope to be back soon! Special thanks to Antonio, we won’t say goodbye but rather arrivederci !

We recently spent a wonderful family holiday at this stunning villa in Portugal, and it truly exceeded our expectations! The location is simply breathtaking, with panoramic views over the lake and rolling countryside—every morning felt magical waking up to such scenery. The villa itself is beautifully decorated, blending comfort and style perfectly. Every room was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, making us feel instantly at home. The highlight for our family, especially the kids, was the gorgeous pool. It’s large, sparkling clean, and set in a peaceful, private spot—ideal for relaxing or fun family swims. We also loved how quiet and serene the area was. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, yet still close enough for easy day trips and activities for our teenagers. A special mention goes to the owners, Frederic and Simone. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, always available for tips or assistance, but never intrusive. From thoughtful local recommendations to small gestures that made us feel valued, their hospitality made all the difference. We are already looking at dates for next year.

Absolutely amazing space. The pictures do not do it justice. It is so peaceful and beautiful. The pool was so warm, the view is stunning. The beds were super comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed absolutely everything about our stay. Plenty of towels, they provided amenities. We needed more days so we could have went kayaking and done more things. Highly recommend staying here. We had 6 girls stay and it was the best trip ever! Spencer had excellent recs and we hired phil as a private chef and also rented a boat with a driver. Thank you for such a great weekend! We would love to come back.

We were absolutely amazed at the view but also the way they thought about every experience we may have on their property. It was so fun for us and our young kids. Very safe. Very clean. Very comfortable.

This place has everything we wanted! Sauna, hot tub, great location, view, amenities and the cabin itself is amazing! We really had a great time and enjoyed the view. I wish we could have stayed a little longer and hope to come back again.

Alison was an amazing host! We were able to relax here for our honeymoon after a very busy season of life. The place was gorgeous and the homemade bread was so good! We had a lovely vacation here!

This was a quiet and peaceful retreat! The deck faces towards a creek and the woods and feels very private. I would definitely recommend.
