This is the couple, Yeong-sook and Armin Tiese, from Namhae German Village. Ms. Young-sook was a nurse in the Philippines for 36 years, and Mr. Armin was a self-employed architectural machinery materials entrepreneur from Mainz. They moved to the German village in August 2005, and all architectural materials and methods are authentic German, and Mr. Armin built Mainzer Haus himself. As a German stock bread expert, the wife bakes homemade bread such as Buroyen, and the husband, a smoked sausage and smoked sausage specialist, is widely known for his German health food culture. For guests staying in a studio (30㎡), a homemade breakfast hulu shu (jeff, sausage, homemade bread, bouquet garni, etc.) is provided. Stay in the peace of the Darangee field. Thanks to the long Darangee fields with forests, it's a great place all four seasons. The accommodation is located in a small mountain village, quiet surrounding, good for relaxing. When you enter the interior made of cypress wood, you will be greeted by the scent of wood, and a small attic is created with a loft structure, a compact space, and a high floor. Suitable for couples, solo travellers, families and pets. (Admission garden can accommodate up to 3 adults/2 preschool children.) It is a private guest house with a shower room, toilet, and kitchenette, and you can enjoy the surrounding scenery through the bedroom window. In summer, you can also see fireflies flying around. The panoramic view in front of the accommodation is spread out, and just drinking tea while looking at the scenery is truly healing. I often enjoy a walk in Darangeeon, which is located at the bottom of my house. Breakfast is free and there is no separate barbecue facility, but you can enjoy it on the deck in front of the accommodation. (A separate fee of 30,000 KRW is incurred when using the barbecue)

A peaceful and warm accommodation! I was worried that it would be okay to eat the same thing every day, but the breakfast that was delicious every time I ate it for 3 days, and the daily conversations with the host while eating breakfast became part of the Suncheon trip. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to sleep alone, but I slept well on the white bedding. 👍 There were plenty of Sooncheon goods and accessories in the cafe, so it was nice to be able to get souvenirs here at a low price~ I was really happy because this was the first accommodation of my first solo trip. ♥

It was nice to be close to the Wind Trace Museum and the German Village. And although I shared the space with the host, I rarely encountered them, and they only came in the morning for ventilation and breakfast. If you come at a different time, it is for reasons such as guiding you to a Namhae travel guide or how to use the accommodation. Some people may feel uncomfortable staying with the host, but we felt safe because it was a trip for 3 women. ^^ And it's a space close to the host, so the cleanliness is really high. All three of us liked it because it was so clean. I highly recommend it if you don't mind meeting the host a few times. It's so clean and friendly! Next time I come to Namhae, I want to come again. I think I was able to have a more enjoyable trip because I met a very kind and wonderful host~🙂

I've been to Airbnb so far, and it was the best. The hanok felt good, and it was nice to take a walk at night and the surroundings were quiet. The cleanliness was also really good, and the owners were right next door, so communication was really good.

It was a good place to rest. The welcome drink is a taste that really makes tiredness disappear ^^ The host was really kind and the breakfast was so delicious. The accommodation matched the photos, was clean, and I liked the half bath. I had a good rest while looking at the good scenery. The accommodation was satisfactory and the access to the German village or the beach is easy. If you want to experience the delicacy and care of indoor props or amenities, I would recommend it. I wasn't able to eat it because I was lazy, but I know that the host also provides a simple breakfast. You made it yourself. You can also try Yuzu Cheong and kimchi.

Dalpum Guesthouse is a place we will definitely be visiting again! The house was very inviting and comforting, and definitely conducive to getting work done, if that is what you’re there to do 😂 Our room was very clean and the sounds of the sea lulling us to sleep made us never want to leave. 강수 is incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful. He also made us breakfast every morning, drove us to nearby villages, gave us maps and recommendations for restaurants and activities on the island, and offers everything needed to enjoy a day at the beach.
