It was clean and easy to park... It was easy to walk slowly to Odongdo, Pocha Street, and the Coastal Park. It was very nice because it wasn't too central and it was quiet. Thank you so much for your kind and quick response ~ ^^

Excellent place, very modern, very chill, excellent location, and good vibes. Seoyeon was super helpful, always responsive and had a large clean officetel style apartment. Super easy check in and they looked after me well. One thing to note for foreigners! The parking is quite snug ahaha. There is a full parking garage under the building and Seoyeon registered my license plate which was very helpful but the spaces are very small and people drive nice cars and park them quite badly, so it is a very tight squeeze and a bit stressful if you are used to larger spaces ahaha.

As we have seen in other reviews, it was a comfortable accommodation that was very clean and had little noise. I had a comfortable stay because you sent me a detailed explanation in a message. The location is also very good, so this is the place I'd like to revisit.

Yutap is the best among Airbnb I'm very sensitive to fragrances, but I liked the fragrance so much. The bathroom was also clean. I often use Airbnb for work, and if I have to go to Gukdong in the future, I think I'll only book here. I don't usually write reviews, but I'm writing this one because I like this accommodation so much. 🤩

I spent two weeks comfortably. I also saw Nexflix from the accommodation, took a light stroll in the marine park 5 minutes away from the road, and spent it comfortably like a lot. It was a great place to rest well even if you really come and stay with a body. It was nice that you responded and resolved my inquiry quickly. The view of the harbor and the sea from the veranda was beautiful with warm sunshine during the day, and in the evening, you could see another atmosphere with shining lights on the boat. (There is a blackout curtain, so the light is blocked when you fall asleep, so there's no problem.) I was able to buy everything I needed at Lotte Mart 5 minutes away, so there was nothing particularly uncomfortable about it. (There is a corner on the 4th floor that sells cheaply at Lotte Mart, and there are a variety of cheap household items, so you can meet the items you need if you look around.) I had to take the bus because I was buzzing, but I was able to easily travel around Yeosu's sightseeing and historic sites by bus during the week. I am satisfied!!

Clean, cosy, great value for money.

It was the first time for all my family to use Airbnb, and we were really satisfied! The fact that it's a rooftop floor, so you can use the terrace, the main bed downstairs faces the TV, the bed upstairs faces the night view, and each room has air conditioning!! I felt it was delicate. And it was really convenient to have an outlet right next to the bed! It was clean, and I really stayed like my own home for 2 days and 1 night.

I couldn't go in early because I was traveling and playing, but if I went late, there was no place in the parking lot, so I had to make a place. I was satisfied with the rest, but when I opened the kitchen shelf, the paper cup smelled. I couldn't use it. It was antique and nice to have food and convenience stores around.

I stayed here from May 23 to 25 with my two dogs, and we had an awesome time. The location was super convenient—just 10 to 15 minutes by car to all the main spots in Yeosu. There were also a gym, convenience store, coin laundry, karaoke, and lots of food and drink places just a few minutes’ walk away, which made things really easy. At night, the area was nice and quiet—perfect for walking the dogs. The view from the place looked out over the sea and some docks, and it had this really calm, moody vibe that honestly reminded me of Coal Harbour in downtown Vancouver. The room was clean, spacious, and super comfortable. Parking was easy too. If you’re traveling with pets and want a relaxing, well-located place to stay, I’d totally recommend it!

The host is so kind and the accommodation is so beautiful. It was originally clean because it was a new construction, but the host did the interior so neatly that I felt so good as soon as I entered! I go here a lot

I had a good rest before heading out. It's neat and tidy.

I was worried because it was an ageing trip, but I chose the accommodation very well. The location is good (market. Mart.Park, promenade, restaurant, etc. are within walking distance and beautiful Seonso. Jangdo. Dongdong Bridge is also close) It's a new house, so it's clean and has all the household supplies After living for a month, we got along so well. The host was kind I want to go again next time. Thank you for making good memories I would appreciate it. I recommend it.

It was the best of all the accommodations I've used so far!! I have a 10000% intention to revisit Yeosu because I want to go there again!! From the moment you open the front door, you'll be amazed! It's a very pretty accommodation with a lot of emotions, decorated with clean, shiny and cute accessories! I stayed comfortably like at home. I knew it was a good place for dogs, so I was so excited and slept comfortably and liked it!! The restaurant you recommended was also very successful. If you travel to Yeosu, be sure to stay at Bobae House. I highly recommend it. ♡

I was going to use the night market at Seo Market, so I booked the location of the accommodation here, but the location was great! I think it took about 20 minutes on foot, and the room was smaller than I thought, but it was an accommodation with everything (amenities, etc.), so I stayed well.

The accommodation was clean and the ocean view was nice. The host's guidance was also neat.

It's clean and tidy! There was a dryer, so it was so nice to wash small laundry like a t-shirt. There was a lot of bottled water, plenty of towels, and comfortable bedding, so it was a cozy space, so I slept well and didn't have any discomfort. There's a convenience store on the first floor, the bus stop is close, and taxis are right away. The accommodation instructions were also accurate according to the check-in schedule, and gave quick feedback when inquiring. There was a long road within a👍🏻 15-minute walk, so I woke up early in the morning and went, but there were no people, and it was really nice to walk around and take a quiet walk.(If you're going to stay here, I highly recommend the scene!) The price of the hotel for the May holiday is so evil, but I think I did a good job not going. It was my first time coming to a place called Ungcheon in Yeosu, but it was an accommodation I wanted to come again next time.

Comfortable place, we stayed there for nearly two months more than our original plan.

The place was just as nicely decorated and well-organized as shown in the photos, and it was and felt more spacious than most studios in S. Korea. My husband and I liked the area--right by an oceanfront park, close to restaurants and cafes (incl. an awesome izakaya across the street!), and away from the hustle and bustle of tourist attractions. We traveled by car, with our dog, and found parking and checking-in and -out all smooth and pain-free.

It was really nice to go as a family. I highly recommend breakfast because the food is really good. They cleaned it without any dust from the house. And everyone inside and out is really very kind.
