Holiday rentals with breakfast in Nam Dinh

Good apartment with very tasty breakfast. Nguyen lent us bicycles for a cheap price and for 200,000 VND we were even allowed to stay in the accommodation until 8 pm, which made the day of travel much easier for us. Nguyen was always very friendly.

Host was very helpful and friendly, place was nice and clean exactly how photos show! Was so nice we stayed an extra night! Deffo recommend staying here price is good too! Thanks again

I do not have words to describe what an awesome experience Thuan’s property is. It’s a small homestay (if you don’t know what that is, look it up.). Run mainly by family. EVERYONE was extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were exactly as described, clean, comfortable, good A/C, and pool was delightful. Morning breakfasts were absolutely spot on. We walked in as guests, left as family. I absolutely recommend asking Thuan for his driver (his brother), in showing you the sights. Húu was a super friendly guy, very nice car, punctual, and probably was the best driver we have had in a foreign country. Also if you are lucky enough to have My along for excursions, she is a good translator, and knows the area well, and will get you through the crowds efficiently in the high tourist areas. There are plenty of things to explore nearby, but you do need a car or driver. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, and the grounds impeccable. You can see the family takes great pride.

Such a great guy. I got there early. We sat down together drinking tea and talking for a good hour or so. Gave me plenty of tourist information with a map. Let me check in early. Sorted out motorbike rental for a good price and even as a laundry service. Just off the main strip in tam coc. Definitely a great place to stay.

really nice homestay, very clean we enjoyed

An idyllic place to enjoy the many sights around. The guesthouse is quiet, nicely decorated with a pool. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I recommend the host's small dishes which is discreet and available. She allowed me to have a really nice time with her family. Many services are offered: bike and scooter rental, change, massages, bus booking, ... I was given a map and many tips for visits. The smile and kindness of the hosts are a joy. I recommend this lovely family. I felt so good that I decided to extend my stay. Don't hesitate for a second!

Welcoming and flexible host, breakfast included and very good! The environment is nice and close to activities on Ninh Binh. They also rent scooters on site for a reasonable price. We were very pleased with our stay! Only downside: we booked a room with a view of bamboo and were finally accommodated in a room that had no view.

Enjoyed my stay here. Serene and beautiful. The host family is wonderful as well. Definitely coming back next time.

I love here After my 4 nights booked, I extended 3 more nights. They are all really friendly, helpful and committed to your well-being. Breakfast is really good, the bed is comfortable and there are new towels and water daily! I accidentally entered the address of an wrong place upon arrival in Ninh Binh and after a call I was picked up by motorbike within 5 minutes, thank you!! :) The place is well managed, the pool is clean, there are bikes and motorcycles for rent, laundry service, etc. Everything you need!! Great recommendation.

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks and had a great stay. We can recommend the hotel to everyone. Thank you for the hospitality, the rich and delicious breakfast and the free bikes.

We had a great time during our stay at Phi Hung's Unique Homestay. The house is surrounded by fruit trees, flowers and  a vegetables garden. It feels like home and the family were super friendly, funny, very enthusiastic and always made us feel comfortable and welcome. Their English was very limited but we had a lot of fun using Google translate. We had a Vietnamese dinner with the family, 100K vnd pp, which was worth it. The food was delicious and it's like all you can eat. You also can specify your dietary requirements in advance. The breakfast was provided and simple but delicious. Hung, our host, wasn't there but the family welcomed us and you also can communicate with Hung through airbnb and he responded immediately. The room was comfortable and looked new. You can use the family kitchen on the ground floor. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be a nice addition.

We arrived very early via a night bus and despite the fact that the Check in was that from 2pm we were able to leave our belongings from 11am in our room, and in the meantime we were able to have breakfast. The hostesses speak English well, which made it easier for us to connect, our room was clean and had a private bathroom, possibility to rent bicycles by the day. Very good value accommodation, well located and quiet. The little extra: one bottle of fresh water offered per person when you leave

Wish we stayed longer, we loved it here! Beautiful room and a huge, comfy bed. Felt like we were tucked away in a remote cabin, so cute! Delicious free breakfast. And the pool was just what we needed after a long day of exploring. The hosts were so accommodating and such friendly, welcoming people. They were happy to help with any request and gave us some really great local recommendations. Great laundry service. Free bicycles to hire. We hired a scooter for the day with our hosts and it was cheap and such an easy process. Truly a hidden gem! Hopefully we will be back next year!

Really nice place with a big space in the room and comfortable beds. It’s in a good location you can easily walk around tam coc to restaurants etc. We arrived extremely early in the morning and the kind family were nice enough to let us go into our room at that early hour for a small amount extra. Really kind people.

everything was good. nice little family business

I live in Hanoi so I've visited Ninh Binh a few times but this was my first time staying here. I'll definitely be coming back to this homestay next time.The pictures don't do it justice. Gorgeous scenery, nice cocktails, super friendly staff and an ideal location right by the boat tours. Also it was absolutely incredible value for money, I can't recommend it highly enough.

We stayed here a few nights with another family .The location is peaceful, and run by a beautiful family. The food was fresh and tasty and they were very accommodating. A perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the beauty of Ninh binh. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay! Unfortunately, we only had two nights, which wasn't enough at all. Highly recommend and stay there for some time - the place is worth it.

Nice and spacious rooms set in serene surroundings - hills, greenery and little ponds. the kind of place where you could just sit and watch the day go by,if that's your thing. Not far from Trang An boating pier and Hang Mua caves.

We arrived earlier than planned by bus and it was possible to check in earlier for a small extra charge. The place was as shown in the pictures and the entire staff was always very friendly and helpful. We were given a plan with the most important sights as an orientation. We felt very well taken care of and would recommend the place to anyone.

Our stay here was perfect. Vân was extremely welcoming and allowed us to check-in early which was greatly appreciated! The accommodation is very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The location is very central and is lovely and peaceful... the pool was an excellent addition! I The included breakfast was very filling and tasty.
