Tran’s place was absolutely lovely. Walkable to old city yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfasts were amazing, basically all you can eat. The suite itself was immaculate, the bed was a tad stiff for those that prefer softer mattresses. Tran organized a scooter for us to rent for only 150k which was a nice touch to explore the surrounding (beautiful) area. They can also book tours to the variety of tourist spots nearby and were always at reception for any questions. Would recommend this place to solo or couple travelers looking for a great time in Hoi An.

For some reason, I couldn't stay with Thao as she had resigned from the job however, this hotel is pure bliss. The view that they provide of the golden dragon bridge and the river, is completely breathtaking. i could not take my eyes off this beautiful view. Good service, extremely clean, fast wifi. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room is perfect, with a hammock, everything is very neat & clean, the food in the cafe is excellent and the gardens and Oceanside relaxing areas are lovely. We extended our stay by two nights we loved it so much !

As a family of three, we were drawn to the place for its beautiful pool and relaxing setting, but it delivered so much more. Vy and his wife are exceptional hosts, maintaining the property in pristine condition. The garden and surroundings immediately set a relaxing mood, making it an ideal escape. Breakfasts was also plentiful, leaving us ready for the day ahead. Vy was consistently responsive always there to meet our needs and ensure our comfort. The property's location is just outside old town, yet a quick and affordable 60-100 Dong Grab ride gets you right into the heart of the action. Highly recommended if you’re looking for both convenience and tranquility!

the hotel is super well located, it makes it possible to reach all the shops in the city center on foot and you can do the rest by bike that the hotel lends you on site. the team is great ready to help and advise you in any situation. do not hesitate this hotel is great I highly recommend it.

Do not book this place cos 1. No one would like to have the beach right in front of the hotel 2. The rooms are clean 3. Lively jazz bar below 4. Room rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast 5. Ample taxis at the lobby 6. Friendly staff 7. Fast wifi 8. Ample resting places facing the scenic beach while having a bottle of beer 9. Seafood restaurant called Be Man nearby (fresh with decent price) So book somewhere else as I do not want the place to be overcrowded next time I come here. That would minimize my chance of getting a free room upgrade!

Our second stay with Hai was as great as the first. She is such a lovely host and will do anything to make your stay as best she can. Big spacious rooms, simple delicious breakfasts and a great location between old town and the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

Peter is a great host and his place is great, good internet, nice pool (awesome after a hot day of exploring the city) and the rooms are excellent, he helped us arranging a car from da nang airport and rent a motorbike at great prices. For sure we want to come back and stay with him!

I highly recommend Alsahar to everyone. The room where I stayed was very large and clean, with all the comforts. The location is ideal for a style like mine: close enough to the old city to be able to walk there in about twenty minutes, but outside the chaotic area, in a neighborhood that is definitely more genuine and less touristy. There are bicycles available for the laziest ones 😉 Among the best that can be found in Alsahar I have to mention the staff! The guys are very competent, very kind and always ready to help and give advice. In Alsahar you feel like you are at home

Highly recommend!We had the best airbnb experience! TA boutique hotel is less than a year old and it has an amazing tropical design. Our room had spare bedroom inside with a mattress bed. The team are super kind and professional. Room service everyday,high security with 24h front desk service and everything is super clean and modern. There’s washing machine in each room also roof swimming pool which you have an amazing view of a town and the sea! They offer free amazing breakfast everyday! The location is fabulous, Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and many good cafes and restaurants. You can rent a scooter from the hotel with a good price and there’s many things to do around like surfing, visiting lady Buddha pagoda on the mountain, visiting some cities like Hoi An, my son temple in Hue and French village bana hill which they are all takes less than 2 hours. Friendly staff, well priced, and in a good location

The accommodation was close to My Khe Beach, so I was able to walk around as if I was going out to drink~~ There are many convenient facilities such as restaurants and marts in front (The laundry and pharmacy were on the main road, so it was good to use) Most of all, the staff was so kind that they provided us with bottled water and snacks whenever we needed them, so it was really nice. ^^ The pool was also pretty like the photos, so it was good for taking photos, and I stayed with my kids, and the kids had fun in the pool. The room was more spacious than I thought, the bed sheet was fluffy, and it was comfortable to stay because they cleaned it every day. There's no noise, and the air conditioner is cool. This is an accommodation I want to visit again next time. ^ ^

Very comfortable bed. If you have very good earplugs you will sleep like a baby.

Amazing host and Very helpful Ms. Oanh, they waited for a late check in as I landed later at da nang airport and walked around da nang, and gave me a cheaper service for the car pickup (cheaper than grab), very seamless experience on text. The pool had jets which I was surprised about and for the price it is an amazing stay, Ms Oanh stayed late to check me in and was helpful in explaining everything, thank you again for the stay.

Really great place to stay

welcoming, responsive, and kind host clean and as described near Hoi an, possibility to walk to the city center (about 1km3) i recommend it.

Osaka Villa was amazing. The bed was HUGE and the bath was amazing. I had a lovely time there, and the staff were great. The place was clean, comfortable and the surrounding area is beautiful. It made my short vacation perfect.

We loved our stay here. The host is very nice, super helpful and attentive. The rooms are very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The breakfast is delicious, especially the Pho Bo and the smoothies. The homestay is in walking distance to the old town and you can use the bikes for free.

Hiền and Steve have a beautiful place in a great location, just a few minutes away from the sea, away from the noise of Hội An centre but only 10 minutes' drive away. Their place has the modern conveniences of a hotel with the comfort of a house and we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Absolutely loved our stay! A one minute walk to the beach and some awesome local restaurants along the beach. Honestly our favourite stay of our trip to Vietnam! Staff are so friendly, rooms spotless, always helpful and lovely daily buffet breakfasts. If you’re by the beach, this is the place!
