Very nice apartment a few blocks from downtown with all amenities. Highlight is the free laundry inside the building and garage. It was also possible to check out a little later.

Excellent apto, beautifully decorated, beautiful view. Both rooms with panoramic views and two spacious bathrooms with bathtubs are excellent for relaxing after an intense day of skiing.

This place was exactly what I needed and as described. I stayed two different times and both times were great. Mathias and his crew were responsive to my questions and needs, altered plans for my late check-in, extended my stay last minute, and were quick to help with internet issues (not their fault - the provider had problems one day). I would highly recommend. Being just outside the centro area felt like being with locals instead of tourists, which I liked. Easily to catch buses or walk to centro. Thanks for a great experience!

The place is as described and seen in the photographs. The view is spectacular, and the apartment is comfortable and equipped for a hassle-free stay. The location is ideal, all the tours picked us up at the door of the building or a few blocks around. In addition, walking you can reach the main street in a short time, with restaurants and chocolate shops. I recommend it!

Los amenieties was missing a little maintenance, the pool water was not warm and the gym with little equipment but for a few days of tourism it is perfect. Thank you very much for everything

The duplex is located inside Arelauquen and has a dreamed view, it is located in front of the Club House de Polo. I made an exception getting our reservation one night and last minute, which I really appreciate. The place is very beautiful, very quiet environment is an area outside the center, without noise, for those who move by car is ideal. It has access to the lake, there is large stone in that area and wind but we were equipped with lounge chairs and we take some good mates enjoying the sunset. The bed is MUYY comfortable we loved sleeping like that. The bathroom and kitchen are also very functional. The temperature - environment inside the apartment is very comfortable. Our stay at Fernando's house was simply dreamed. We went in March and it was the perfect place with total tranquility, privacy and connection to nature. The neighborhood is super quiet and safe, ideal for unplugging and enjoying carefree. And what about Fernando, the host… a real luxury! From the first moment, his kindness and warmth made us feel right at home. He gave us incredible recommendations for touring Bariloche and even took time to organize excursions in detail, always with the best predisposition. One gesture we loved was that she greeted us with chocolates at check-in, a detail that really made us feel welcome and valued. The house is very cozy and comfortable. If the weather doesn't go out, staying there is a pleasure to stay there. The neighborhood to have a heated pool and gym, gives you options to stick with your routine or just enjoy a day of relaxation without going out. Rating 10/10.

The place is very comfortable, we were 7 adults and a baby and we were very comfortable, they gave us a crib. Close to service station and markets. Excellent host.

Spacious and well-equipped home. Beds and shower good. Quiet place, a little away from the city. We were kindly greeted by Gonzalo. Only detail was that there were only 4 bath towels for 6 guests, but I believe that if we had requested the Gonzalo would bring us 2 more. As we were in 2 families and we would only spend one night, we chose to share the Towels we had.

Beautiful home and property. Pictures don’t do justice. The view is spectacular. Comfortably fit our family of 6. Extra convenient having the hotel on the same property and being able to utilize their pool/spa. Great location! Hope to be back some day.
