Ο κύριος Θοδωρής είναι ένας οικοδεσπότης που όλοι θα θέλαμε να συναντηθούμε!! Ένα πραγματικά υπέροχο κατάλυμα. Ευρύχωρο , καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και ήσυχο με υπέροχη θέα στον κόλπο !!! Αξίζει να το επισκεφθείτε!

La casa è appena ristrutturata con grande cura negli arredi e negli abbinamenti, dotata di tutti i comfort: wifi, AC, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, TV in ogni stanza. Silenziosa. Arredi, lenzuola, materassi, asciugamani nuovi e tutto pulitissimo. Supermercato e caffetteria vicini 2 minuti a piedi. Host gentilissimo non invadente: ci ha sorpresi con alcuni cibi di benvenuto. Un esperienza 5 stelle.

We had a wonderful stay in Napflio. Theros Cottage is a quaint cottage in the old town - very beautiful, with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. It was a great base for us to explore the area. Napflio has lots of steep steps - we certainly got our steps up, literally! They only added to the charm for us. Elena was totally amazing!! From our dealings first booking with her many months ago, from Australia, throughout our preparations for our arrival and during our stay. She even managed to organise an emergency dental appointment for me! We truly appreciate everything Elena did to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. We hope to visit Napflio again one day.

What a lovely apartment which is newly renovated and with lovely decor without much clutter! We loved living like a local in a lovely Greek neighborhood! The apartment was 14 min walkable to the old town and it was great to be able to get out in and out of the touristy bustle! Also walkable to a lovely local beach! Lots of treats and great amenities. Lovely hosts who are helpful and always responsive. I would highly recommend!

Dès que Nikolaos nous a ouvert la porte nous avons dit “Wow”! Cet appartement neuf est décoré avec goût et est d’une propreté immaculée! Nous avons tout aimé de ce nid douillet!!! Confort, tranquillité, équipement de qualité , matelas très confortable, literie ultra douce et la magnifique terrasse avec chaises longues et table à déjeuner offrant une vue imprenable sur la forteresse et la baie. Pour terminer, soulignons la gentillesse de la maman de Nikolaos avec ses petites attentions que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous le recommandons chaudement.

We hebben 2 heerlijke weken in het huisje bij Mick en Lena en hun leuke huisdieren gehad. Het is een mooi huisje met fijn zwembad wat dagelijks werd onderhouden. Lena en Mick zijn gastvrij en zeer behulpzaam. Het huisje ligt op loopafstand van een gezellig dorp met meerdere restaurants, bakker, supermarkt, slager en mini-markets. Het strand van Drepano is ook erg fijn.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon!! It was exactly as described and in the pictures. The location is perfection for accessing all the wonderful restaurants in Nafplio and quick 8 minute walk to the beach/ super close to the Palamadi castle hike! The street the house is on was very quiet and beautiful. We would 100% return with more friends and family as the upstairs has additional bedrooms. Especially loved the little rooftop area. Area to park your car is a 10 minute walk and also very easy to access (free everyday!). Stay here!!!

We had a wonderful vacation with Artemis and Stefanos. The house was great, very clean and everything you could wish for was on site. The pool was amazing, the garden was very well maintained and the panoramic view was magnificent... it was a paradisiacal place. You can make wonderful excursions from here (e.g. Poros, Idra, Spetses, Korinth, the volcano on Methana, Nafplios, the theater of Epidauros, mountain villages like Stemnitsa and Demitsani and much more) but there are also wonderful beaches and restaurants on site. The best is saved for last: Artemis and Stefanos were the best hosts you can imagine. They provided us with lots of ideas for excursions, they were always attentive and fulfilled requests immediately but were never supervising or checking up on us. They were like invisible fairies. We got freshly squeezed orange juice every morning, great homemade jams (some of which we were allowed to take home with us) you felt like you were on vacation with your grandparents.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. We really enjoyed the beach which was only steps away from the apartment. The beach and outdoor space was great for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings

Le logement de Fenia est impeccable et très tranquille. Il se trouve à 10 minutes à pied du port et de la vieille ville. Il y a des épiceries à distance de marche. C’est sans doute un des logements les mieux équipés que nous avons réservé avec Airbnb. Fenia a été d’une grande gentillesse et très accommodante. Son classement superhost est bien mérité.

The apartment description and photos are accurate. The location is great for visiting Nafplio while not staying in the busy touristy area, but in an area where the locals live. Everything worked as it should and the apartment was clean. Easy access to grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. Private parking is a plus, although street parking is available. A few more utensils and wine glasses would be appreciated as well as a manual describing how the washer works, areas to visit, recommended restaurants, etc. Recommend for stay while visiting Nafplio and area. We especially liked the large balconies where we would have our meals and enjoy a glass of wine.

Demetra was super helpful. She picked my family and I up from the bus station, which was great as my father struggles to walk. The apartment had a great aesthetic and is close to aome great restaurants with an amazing view of Palamidi castle.

Unglaublich schöne Lage, die Wohnung liegt oberhalb des kleinen Steinstrands, den man durch einen liebevoll angelegten terrassierten Garten erreichen kann. Man schaut von der Wohnung und der vorgelagerten schattigen Veranda auf das Meer und schläft mit dem Plätschern der Wellen ein. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Restaurants von Kiveri sind über eine Strandpromenade sehr entspannt zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es außerdem einen Supermarkt und eine sehr gute Bäckerei.

Das Apartment war stilvoll eingerichtet, alles notwendige für den perfekten Aufenthalt vorhanden und sehr sauber. Das Bett und auch das Bettsofa waren sehr bequem. Die Gegend sehr angenehm und ruhig. Der Garten mit den vielen Spielsachen war perfekt mit krabbel-Baby und Kleinkind. Richtig toll! Gleich um die Ecke war ein Supermarkt und noch ein Spielplatz (3min zu Fuß). Das Stadtzentrum da 15-20min Gehminuten entfernt und leicht zu erreichen. Parkplatz immer gut zu finden vor dem Apartment. Die Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Genug Geschirr war vorhanden, was sonst oft fehlt in anderen Unterkünften. Und zur Begrüßung gab es Getränke, Snacks und Marmelade, die schon im Apartment auf uns warteten. Außerdem gab es auch einen Teppich - sehr angenehm mit Baby das immer am Boden sein will. Insgesamt eine sehr tolle Unterkunft, insbesondere mit kleinen Kindern. Danke für die tolle Zeit.

Η διαμονή μας στο χώρο ήταν απλά άψογη. Ο χώρος όπως στις φωτογραφίες, καθαρός και με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές. Όσο για τον οικοδεσπότη δεν έχω λόγια. Επικοινωνιακός, βοηθητικός όπου χρειάστηκε και πάνω απ´όλα ευγενικός με θέληση να φιλοξενήσει τον οποιονδήποτε στο χώρο του.

Great quiet location in the old town! It was up a decent amount of stairs, which isn’t ideal for hauling luggage, but doable and worth it for the location. The fridge and cupboards were stocked with some basic groceries and snacks which after traveling a bit with kids, is nice to have as an option.

We stayed six nights in Nafplio and would highly recommended this apartment! It was really comfortable and well equipped, spotlessly clean, with a balcony and undercover parking. It is in a fantastic location - very easy to walk to the waterfront and the old town . Andrianos was very friendly and welcoming and met us when we arrived. He was very quick to communicate with us and gave us lots of suggestions for our stay. We would love to come back!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Umgebung von Nafplio zu erkunden. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Obwohl wir Timi nicht persönlich getroffen haben, hat er immer sofort auf Nachrichten regiert und alle Fragen sofort beantwortet, inklusive Restauranttipps. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Безусловно главное достоинство это вид. Это не просто "вид на море", а собственно само море в шаге под тобой. Терраса огромного размера выходит прямо на пляж, и на все 180 градусов море. Но и сама квартира достаточно удобная, для двоих человек точно. И очень очень чистая. Вайфай хороший, напор в душе тоже, полотенца отличные. Большой холодильник, все нужные кастрюльки и посуда. Большой шкаф для одежды, хороший диван в гостиной, есть все принадлежности для пляжа - зонтик, подстилки, стульчики. Только пляжные полотенца нужно иметь свои. Есть закрытая парковка, к пляжу спускается лестница. Сам пляж небольшой, зато совершенно приватный, если не подойдет он, то рядом множество других. В деревне несколько ресторанов и супермаркет. Катерина отвечает мгновенно, да и у нас не было поводов о чем-то беспокоиться. Очень рекомендую это жилье и хозяев.

Eva et sa mère ont été des hôtes très accueillants et attentionnés. Le logement est situé environ à 20 minutes du centre de Nafplio - une marche très agréable sur une rue avec une longue piste cyclable. Une épicerie pratique est situé à deux pas. Le logement est spacieux, bien entretenu et nous avons apprécié nos petits déjeuners sur le balcon. Un endroit idéal où se poser pour visiter Nafplio ou servir de base pour explorer d'autres coins du Péloponnèse.

We stayed in Christo’s apartment for a full month and couldn’t have asked for a better home base in Nafplion. The location is ideal — just outside the old city, close enough to walk in within minutes but far enough to have a bit of space and calm. There’s a supermarket, pharmacy, and ATM all nearby, which made day-to-day living easy and convenient. The apartment itself is very comfortable. The bed and bedding were excellent — we slept well every night. The furniture throughout the space was inviting and functional, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals throughout our stay. One of our favorite things was the balcony, which overlooks the port and offers a beautiful view. It’s positioned near a rotary and one of the main parking areas leading into town, so it can be a little busy, but the view and the light more than made up for it. All in all, Christo’s place made for a wonderful extended stay in Nafplion, and we’d be happy to return.

I tre giorni trascorsi a casa di Vasilis sono stati una vera vacanza perché avevamo a disposizione tutto il necessario ed essendo in una zona un po’ decentrata le notti sono state tranquille e rilassanti. Grande la disponibilità e l’interesse mostrato per il nostro benessere. Ringraziamo e consigliamo a tutti un soggiorno in questo alloggio

Wow. We've stayed in some interesting and funky places over the years, however, the Art Basement has to be one of the funkiest! The atmosphere was fun, anything and everything one might need or want is right there. Lots to see and explore right there in the Basement! Plus, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot, the place is clean... And the funk factor is a 10. (Loved the radios and typewriter!) As for the location, we could walk to restaurants or shopping. With a car, it was super easy to get around Nafplion and relatively short drives out to Epidaurius and Mycenae. It's under two hours to get back to Athens. Yes! We would recommend this location to anybody who's exploring the Pelopenese Peninsula. Stay in Nafplion and book the Art Basement. You'll love it! Opa!

What a lovely little studio. Bright and airy and quiet, and just a short distance to the old town. Ample street parking, super comfy bed, kind and responsive host. Thank you!
