Newly built modern cabin in a small cabin field. Road all the way to the front and parking on your own plot. The cabin has an extremely nice view of the water, otherwise a very good fishing water. There are large and nice fish of the species trout, sea trout, char and salmon. Behind the cabin there is a bike path that visits great hiking areas. Along the path is Svort Performance, a very nice beach and outdoor area. Free access to shared sauna (about 150 m from the cabin) Included in the rent is a canoe. The oars and vests are in the storage room.

One of Høylandet's finest beaches, Svortstranda is about 800 meters further away, popular for the children. Free access to shared sauna which is also close to the cabin. Canoe is included in rent

The cottage was completed in August 2021 and is state of the art furnished with everything you need. The views towards the world heritage Vega and the sunsets in the sea are unbeatable. The cottage is situated alone with no insight from neighbours and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails at Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or go for a ride to watch the famous Ørnerovet. An over 100 years old trønder loan on Marøya located 50 meters from the seafront. Only 10 minutes drive to Rørvik center, yet is sheltered for neighbors and visibility. Here there are opportunities for fishing from land, canoe/kayak, swimming or just quiet summer days. The house also has a small barbecue house that is provided. A unique space with a lot of soul.
