Great communication with the owner who is very helpful and helpful. The house is beautiful, very clean and in a perfect location. There is a lot of space in the house. I have to highlight how tastefully and decently it is furnished. No problem even for discerning guests. Although the house next door may seem close, you don't have to worry at all, you have your privacy. A beautiful place, both the house and the garden . Thank you for the stay.

We were there for a hiking holiday in April. The location of the house is really great, right by the forest overlooking the rocks. The highlights of the region such as Adersbacher Felsen , Teplicer rock town, Bischofstein castle ruins are within walking distance, you practically don't need the car. Interesting for winter vacationers: location directly on the ski slope. In the village several good restaurants which were already open in the subaster season. Small grocery stores also on the spot. The house is cozy and roomy, beds are comfortable. Large beautiful fireplace, wood was sufficiently provided by the landlord. The host is very helpful and friendly and gave us lots of helpful tips. It would be nice if there was a little more space in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets to accommodate your own utensils, they were quite crowded. Sanitary facilities were all functional, but could be renewed. Overall, we were very satisfied.

It was a wonderful holiday. Just nature all around us. Forest, stream, meadow and pond with swimming facilities. A great secluded location to relax and feel the connection with nature again. Also a great explorer's paradise for our children. Cooking with gas stove, kitchen stove and campfire also worked great. Thank you very much

Home is perfektny! You need it to disposition. Quality furnishings and appliances. Minimalistly furnished, but you immediately feel at home. Nice view of the apartment. A landscaped garden with barbecue and terrace. Jana is very kind and proactive in communicating. Also suitable for families with children. Highly recommend! Thank you for your stay!

A cottage in a great location, peace and quiet. Close to a stocked store and trails. Spacious rooms. Very well-equipped kitchen. I can honestly recommend.

we were 10 people and the house was big eanogh for each one of us to have a room and privacy. the house was very clean and comfortable. the hosts were available for anything and answered quickly. we had a very good experience and we recommend it highly.

Jan's place is great, the apartments were perfectly clean, bright, tastefully decorated. The self check-in process worked smoothly. The amenities are fully as described. The house is in a quiet part of Hradec, parking on the property delighted, on the street is mostly full. Jan always responded very quickly to our messages. We didn't enjoy the garden with the weather in mind, but otherwise there must also be nice seating. We can only recommend.

The place exceeded our expectations. Beautiful house , all clean, fully equipped. There are also a few attentions from hosts. Hosts are very welcoming and kind. The environment is quiet, the accommodation is next to the bike path and the Hradec Králové forests. Perfect location for bike tours to the surroundings of Hradec Králové. Highly recommended!

Everything is as described and photographed. A great neighborhood where you can both relax and spend time actively. The cottage had everything you needed and more. The cleanliness of the property is impeccable. Lucie is a very kind and communicative person who provides help and advice on tourist attractions in the area. A really great place to recommend!

We are already here for the 2nd time and the 3rd time is already booked - that alone should say enough! ;-) Because like last time we were not disappointed and it was all wonderful - we had an incredibly relaxing week in the apartment and were happy to sit on the bench in the sun in front of the house in the best weather! Beautifully decorated apartment, which had everything we needed! We think through every detail and button it up. Comfortable beds and fragrant bedding and towels. We are delighted! We will recommend this place to friends. Outside, there is a gazebo and a place for a barbecue and a bonfire, as well as hammocks and a table where we drank coffee in the afternoon. 30 minutes by car from Teplickie Skały. Thank you for your warm welcome. We felt at home.
