Family-friendly holiday rentals in Náchod District

The apartment was nice, clean, large with lot's of light and large (shared) terrace. Everything was prepared for us. It's a great location for cycling trips (you can rent the bike there) and there is a lot of space for the skis during the winter. Kitchen was well equipped and I can recommend this place.

Amazing place and Host

Brilliant house in a beautiful location. Pavel was a great host with quick and easy communication prior to and throughout our stay. The accommodation is even better than described and absolutely perfect for large groups.

A great place to relax for the whole family.

The house is really beautiful - on a hillside overlooking the mountains, surrounded by trees. The walkers had a place to disappear for days, but a lot of us were just hanging out with a cup of coffee, admiring the views. You can completely forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is fantastic for groups - it has space to park several cars in the summer, it is spacious inside, with many separate common spaces. There's a place to hang out, but there's a place for smaller groups. For board lovers, RPG games, or just shared meals, there are plenty of tables and chairs ;) The house has everything you need to spend many days there - dishes, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc. There is also a sauna and an outdoor heated bale. In addition, the house has an amazing atmosphere - beautiful old fixtures, wooden floor, sheep under the window... We spent an entire breakfast discussing the chairs in the upper dining room :D I recommend with all my heart <3

Suitable for large parties. Plenty of rooms and bed, equipped kitchen. Nice environment. The only thing you'd like to invest in a cozy home.

We had a nice and cosy time around christmas. The house is perfectly equipped and we fehlt very comfortable. There is a lot of space, wonderful with children. My nephew enjoyed to play with all the toys provided. We had some nice trips to the mountains and enjoyed our holidays - thank you very much!

The place is beautiful, lots of space and ideally furnished for both families and a group of friends. Great communication with the host, replies to messages within minutes. I can only recommend a place to stay.

We spent the New Year with the whole family (9 adults, 4 children + dog) in the Cottage Rozarka and had a great time. The house has a large living room, open fireplace, sauna, foosball table and everything we needed. The ski slope was also within walking distance. A picturesque, magical piece of Czech land! :) The cottage has a unique atmosphere - it feels history, and yet it is very well equipped. And the kitchen and bathroom meet all the basic standards, making the stay very comfortable. The house is very close to towns with well-equipped shops and interesting places to explore. The owner is a very nice, contactable person. The biggest advantage of the Vyrovka chalet is its location on the mountainside. Cuddled to the forest knots from the doorstep gives its guests a breathtaking view of the rolling green valley. As unbridled peace allows you to savor the singing of birds, the surrounding nature, and the feerie of colors on the sky. For those looking for a respite, who want to enjoy the beauty of nature, we warmly recommend staying in this extraordinary place.

Great communication with the owner who is very helpful and helpful. The house is beautiful, very clean and in a perfect location. There is a lot of space in the house. I have to highlight how tastefully and decently it is furnished. No problem even for discerning guests. Although the house next door may seem close, you don't have to worry at all, you have your privacy. A beautiful place, both the house and the garden . Thank you for the stay.

Amazing for kids! The playground has more than the pictures show and the house itself had toys for the little one and lego and art supplies for the bigger kids, a trampoline, and apple trees and blueberry bushes in the yard. We could see the playground from the windows and so felt comfortable letting the kids run freely there right from the beginning. We were a bit surprised by the winding, narrow, roads to get there, and there isn't much to do right in the area, but the house itself was perfect.

Large, bright space (a few blackout curtains for the windows would be very nice). For Czech terms, a modern kitchen and bathroom. The owners of the house (Martin and his wife) did the laundry for us for free and were really very friendly. Communication was via Google translate, very convenient. Unfortunately, there is not much to do in the area for adolescents. Occasionally you will have noise from the pub below the property or smoke smell. The beds lay very well. And the shower was spacious and bright. The host (Ondrej) gave a nice tip for the area. Good coffee can be found in the square at hotel Praha!

I went to Jans place for sightseeing purposes together with my dog. And: This is - by far - the most interesting Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The host is wonderful and the house's history is everywhere. Enjoy it - I highly recommend!

Great place. The apartment was clean, pleasant and the bathtub was a really big plus. Overall, a very pleasant place with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We recommend it and we will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed it all very much

We were there with 6 people to hike in the area. Very good location of the cabin, lots of sun, pool, fire pit at sunset and plenty of space. Perfect also that there is a sauna. There is everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Sabere rooms, good beds, kitchen equipment OK. If you want to hike, it is best to take the car and drive a few kilometers away instead of starting at the cabin. There are no hiking trails right in front of the house. I've visited many cabins in the Czech Republic and this one was perfect.

Everything was absolutely fine, the instructions for the journey, departure, everything was precise and understandable, it was great and I will be happy to come back :)

We had a great time at Familiehus Fuchs. 3 adults and 6 children had a lot of fun and space to relax. We will be back.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was exactly as described, but still managed to exceed our expectations. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The outdoor space, though, was the real standout - peaceful, private, and surrounded by greenery. Would definitely consider staying here again.

A great place for a group of friends or a large family. Spacious rooms, big living room, kitchen equipped with everything you need. The pool was the biggest experience on hot days. Great location. Very close to shops and restaurants. The Giant Mountains offer a wealth of experiences - hiking, biking... A friendly host was also very helpful in their choice. Thanks for a great stay!
