What a delightful apartment in a great area for relaxing by the sea, exploring local sights such as Carthage, Sidi Bou Said and Tunis, and as a base for venturing further afield...our trips to Sousse, Kairouan, El Jem and Bizerte were all easily doable from La Marsa. We loved La Marsa itself with its laid back charm, great cafes, shops and restauraurants. The apartment was just as described with all the facilities and lovely little garden complete with lemon trees. Yasmine was a friendly and responsive host and our month by the sea zipped past in no time. Highly recommended!

Excellent séjour dans cette superbe villa ! Nous avons été tres bien accueilli du début à la fin, avec une communication et une réactivité au top. Le logement est impeccable, très bien situé avec une literie de très bonne qualité. Merci encore car nous étions en famille et nous avons pu passer d'excellents moments.

This place is beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and close to everything there is to enjoy in Hammamet. The photos are very accurate but the place is actually more impressive, there is a stunning vaulted ceiling with a skylight. The architecture ensures that the house has good airflow and stays at a comfortable temperature even in the heat. The bedrooms stay very cool for comfortable sleeping and the beds are firm and very comfortable. The house is decorated with a lot of beautiful artwork and crafts. The bathrooms and the kitchen have beautiful tiles and are very clean. The jacuzzi on the roof is nice and clean and private. Location is great, it's easy to walk to the beach and all the great restaurants and spas. Saoussen and her parents are lovely hosts, very welcoming and always available. We needed help finding the front door and then connecting to the internet and they replied right away and with great kindness. I have stayed in many Airbnbs in Tunisia and this is my favorite!

We stayed at this villa just over a week ago (me, my wife and two young children) and we all had such a fantastic time! The property was in immaculate condition—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Our hosts, Foued and his mother Wahida, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We experienced no issues whatsoever during our stay. Everything was smooth and stress-free. The villa is also very private and secluded, which makes it especially ideal for families and women who wear the hijab—it offered us complete peace of mind and comfort. We would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Thank you so much Foued and Wahida for everything! Located in the Karam residence in North Hammamet, 5 min walk to the beach, this was the perfect family-friendly spot for our beach holiday. Loved the vintage charm of this place! The garden is perfect for morning coffee. The host was proactive, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The host also provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions. I can only recommend this place.

Outstanding spot in Tunis! better than the photos in the Ad. Authentic flat with lots of natural light. in the heart of Sidi Bousaid. Nabil was available all the time. Worth what you pay for. I will definitely book again. Highly recommend!

Soraya's place was in the perfect location, I could walk to the beach, cafes and several restaurants. The place itself was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Soraya was a great host and was very flexible with check in and check out times which really helped with my flight times. This is a great little apartment in the middle of hammamet.

Like the place teddy was very responsive and helpful , the apartment is perfect for solo or large groups , close to the beach walking distance , the beach is clean and just perfect , the place is safe and easily accessible , close to gym bars restaurants and cafes

Tout étais parfait pour mes 2 enfants et moi ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique logement décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité, magasin, pharmacie, restaurant, plage, gare, bus, etc. Pour finir, Asma est attentionnée et toujours disponible, elle a tout fait pour que notre arrivée se passe au mieux et elle nous a même arrangé pour le départ. Un grand merci 🇹🇳🫶

Très bel appartement, très bien situé. À quelques minutes à pied du centre de la Marsa et de la grande plage. Hôte accueillante et très sympathique. Il y a également un ménage de l’appartement si la durée de séjour est d’au moins 7 jours ce qui est super.

It's a quiet family neighbourhood. I could walk to the archaeological sites of Carthage when I was feeling energetic or there was a local bus that went right past them for only one dinar. You buy the ticket on the bus. That same bus goes all the way into the center of Tunis as well if you want to visit the Medina. In the evenings it's an easy walk up to the smaller alleys and photogenic buildings of Sidi Bou Said. There are a lot of people out and about up there - locals and tourists. But I'd recommend you come back down to the neighbourhood you are staying in for some cheaper Tunisian food at neighborhood eateries. All in all a very interesting stay

I had a great stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect. The host Ghassen was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, coffee, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very nice neighborhood. The place looked like the pictures. Little things to improve here and there. Cooking ware and coffee machine needs attention. Everything you need is close by. 100% responsive host. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. I will definitely book here again. My family loved it as well.
