Welcome To Yannis. This studio has a small kitchenette for minor cooking, toaster, and kettle. Air-con , Fridge, T.V , Wiifii and hairdryer. A small, private outside balcony with a fantastic ocean view. Built into the side of the hill, and under our other rooms, due to its structure has a lower than normal ceiling. The bathroom has no window but has an automatic air extractor. Fantastic location with only a 5 min walk to town, and 10 min walk to beach. Bookings only accepted if you are over 21

Sea and Sun ll

Sea and Sun ll is a brand new Cycladic house with an amazing view to Mylopotas beach. It includes a double bed and a sofa/folded bed. The small villa is fully equipped. There is also access to a shared pool where you can enjoy by watching the sunset. It is only 900 meters away from Mylopotas beach (keep in mind the bumpy,rocky,dirt road, car/ATV always recommended). If you are a big company you can book this house with 'Sea and Sun l' which is located in the same area. Excellent for 8-9 people.

Our stay at Paradise Apartments and Studios place was fantastic. From the beginning, her hospitality and willingness to help us with everything made a huge difference. The place was spotless and very well located, close to the beach and with easy access to the port. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The Hideout Villas were super wonderful to stay in! Very private but close to the beach, restaurants and stores. The villa was very tidy and as described. It was easy to communicate with the host. The stay would have been even better if breakfast was included.
