In a cozy green Odessa courtyard, a modern loft-style studio is rented. Ceiling height 4.40. Walls with brick texture, unusual lighting, a huge picture on the ropes. The furniture is handmade from solid ashwood. The kitchen area with a large 'island' has a spacious mirror wall, and a shower in the bathroom. A double bed and a fold-out sofa can comfortably accommodate four guests. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and relaxation. Shevchenko Park, Nemo Dolphinarium and Langeron Beach are all within a 20-minute walk. Just as far as downtown. All sights are within walking distance. In the same courtyard is rented on the 1st floor studio in the style of Provence. It is convenient for a large family or a group of friends. The small yard is separated from the common yard by a wicket. The friendly hostess will personally accommodate you. By agreement the transfer is possible We will be sincerely glad to you and will try to make your stay on vacation as comfortable as possible. Modern studio in a “Loft” style located in an authentic Odessa courtyard in a historical part of the city. Light colors, interesting picture, unusual illumination and unique decorations. Double bed and a sofa bed allows four people to be accommodated comfortably. There is a kitchen island, large closet with a mirror on it, a shower in the bathroom. The studio is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A friend host will meet you and escort you to the apartment. Dear guests!We offer you a wonderful apartment in the beautiful central district of Nikolaev. The apartment is located in the center with a new renovation that has been made quite recently. So I'm sure you will appreciate the apartment and the setting as well as my hospitality!The address of the apartment is nikolaev, Karla Liebknecht str. 2 B, (Sovetskaya District)The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable life, namely there is a wi-fi unlimited Internet, washing machine, air conditioner, microwave, plasma, refrigerator,cable TV, from furniture for the location - a large bed + a single sofa. Near the house there is a closed guarded yard (for cars). So you will have no problem with where and how to park your car if you are in a car. Don't worry about keeping it safe!We can provide a laptop if needed. Only of course, ask in advance - so that we can prepare everything!For business trips - documents. Apartment in Arcadia with sea view and bathroom 🛁 🥂

This is great place for real gourmand, if you are looking for something special like to wake up with a great view on the see and observe it from 22 second floor, so you are welcome!!! The building is finished at 2017,calls 19 purl of Kadorr, so it is completely new, secured with cameras and with personal access, only people from this building has access to this territory. The location is more than the best, as it is near Arcadia, with all their night clubs, restaurants and good places for rest.

White Door Apartments 2. The Terrace.

Локация этих апартаментов великолепна. Две минуты до Дюка и Потемкинской лестницы. Три минуты до ансамбля Воронцовского дворца с колоннадой - символом Одессы. Прогуляйтесь по Приморскому бульвару, посмотрите на порт и прекрасные морские виды. 5-6 минут пешком до Оперного театра. До пляжа 30 минут не торопясь через парк Шевченко вдоль моря. Мансардный (4) этаж старинного дома. Лифта нет. Вы сможете парковать автомобиль в переулке, вечером обычно нет проблемы припарковаться.
