On the ground floor of the residential complex there is a shopping center "Rhodes", go down to the shopping center from your floor by elevator. There is a shelter in the underground parking lot. Within a walking distance are the sea and the beaches of Arcadia, the Hawaii Aquapark, the Gagarinplaza cinema, many cafes, restaurants, 3 shopping centers, supermarkets, the Synergy Fitness sports center.

"Odessa coziness". Nice apartment "Victory Park"

Cozy apartment in the most comfortable area of the city. Opposite the beautiful Victory Park, the park has a lake, recreational areas and cozy cafes. The sea is a 10 min. walk. There is a convenient transport junction. 5 minutes drive is the Arcadia area, where night clubs, restaurants, shops, beaches, Hawaii Water Park are concentrated. It is easy to get to the historic city center or train station. Next to the house there are grocery stores and a mini-basar, you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

A good place for family holidays. Large courtyard. There is parking under video surveillance. Individual descent to the sea and private beach. A magical gazebo on the cliff with gorgeous views. Everything you need is in the room. Quiet and peaceful, far from the city. The best beach in Odessa - Vapnyarka (paid) is very close.

Ivan is a wonderful host. It is clearly not easy to travel to or around Ukraine and present and he was responsive to all of our questions which went far beyond the usual questions one might have of a host! If you are looking for somewhere to stay near Odesa, whether as a break from the city or as an out of town base from which to commute, this is excellent.

Arcadia, terrace, sea view, designer renovation

I want to thank you for the chic apartment, beautiful views, high-quality renovation, and very pleasant and prompt communication. 😊 The host found a parking lot convenient for parking a large car near the elevator. The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The morning coffee on the terrace of the apartment overlooking the sea will remain in my heart forever. We will definitely come back again 🥰 Among the disadvantages - there is no dishwasher.

great place to stay! the apartment is very clean and cozy. There is everything you need for your stay! there are many delicious places, entertainment nearby. and most importantly, the SEA is within walking distance. left the best experience;)
