Beautiful furniture, unique decorations and brand new beds will make your stay super comfortable at our place. About 40 minutes to Siesta Key, 35 minutes to downtown Sarasota, 25 minutes to UTC mall.

This unique adorable place has a fresh farmhouse modern feel. Super cozy and lots of pretty features to make your stay relaxed and comfortable.. Take a nature walk for miles and surround yourself with beautiful scenery of horses and other wild life.. We are close to Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota , St. Pete and Tampa. Have fun with attractions nearby, restaurants, dancing, live music and a winery just down the road. Top the evening off, sitting under the stars by a fire pit enjoying a glass of wine.

Pets are very much welcome (well behaved). We suggest a crate if your canine is anxious, and left behind. Barn tours are available so you may hold or pet some of our buddies. I enjoyed my stay at Dave and Martha’s, clean, comfy, affordable. Nice cold AC and comfortable bed. Martha was so nice and responsive and went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. She provided me with information that I am truly grateful for, also they extended my late checkout which helped me out a lot. I appreciate everything. Thanks again for allowing my son and I to stay at the apt. Would so easily book again for my next stay in Arcadia.

I had the most beautiful time❤️The accommodations were perfect and Kristen is a very gracious host. The settings ideal with a resident horse and cow . There is a grill and a pool and a washer/dryer. The setting is very private and the space is well appointed. Kristen goes out of her way to ensure that a fun, relaxing and memorable time is had. I truly appreciated how pet friendly the property was also. It was beyond perfect😊🌸💕🐴

If you’re looking for a quiet place in the country, this place is for you. It’s far enough away for peace and quiet, and less than a 15 minute drive to shops and restaurants. My kids loved the chickens and cows in the back. There was tons of space and enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. Overall, it was a great and relaxing stay and was affordable for our big group.
