Great and affordable stay, really cute apartment and central! Lan was also helpful and responsive, helping to book a driver when we needed which was much appreciated.

Excellent séjour malgré un petit contretemps indépendant de la volonté de l'hôte ! Je n'ai pu rester qu'une journée en raison d'un imprévu de mon côté, mais je tiens à souligner à quel point l'hôte a été extrêmement sympathique et compréhensif. Il m'a donné d'excellents conseils et a été très réactif à toutes mes demandes, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. L'appartement est très charmant et correspond parfaitement aux photos : tout est propre et fonctionnel. Je le recommande vivement pour un séjour agréable. J'espère avoir l'occasion de revenir plus longtemps une prochaine fois !

Great accommodation, spacious. And the best part of it is definitely location! You are in the middle of everything while staying there. The host was very responsive and minor issues were solved immediately. There are all the touristic spots you can imagine - coffee shops, restaurants, big lake, water puppet show, massage parlours, hairdressers etc. The building itself is located in a cozy little alley. It's not perfectly quiet, but is away from main streets and heavy traffic. Recommended place, especially for a big group.

Stayed here for a week with a small group of friends. location is fantastic, just a couple minutes walk to the famous train street. Great food and coffee all around. tucked away from the really busy streets of Old Quarter. AC was a godsend with 37 degree heat outside (47 degrees with humidity). There are 4 floors total so going up and down a lot is necessary but that's just how Vietnamese buildings are designed, wasn't that much of a hassle. A little bit of noise but surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the very noisy streets outside. Tour groups came in picked us up just 50 metres up the road, in big buses despite the tight busy roads. Very convenient and well organised. Host was super responsive, gave great recommendations for food, bars and more. Would definitely stay again!

Great location for Hanoii city activities. House is very well sized for multiple guests. Host is great at suggestions, help with transport and very quick to respond.

We returned to stay in Huong’s place the second time. The place was very nice. All information was shared before hand. The hosts made extra efforts to book all our travel needs as well and sent very nice cars and drivers that we paid for. This will be our place to stay if we are back in Hanoi next year.

Tuan was a wonderful host! The team was very responsive and gave local recommendations. They were also very accommodating. The location is prime in old quarters without being too noisy/close to bar street. It's across from a coffee shop which was a nice way to start the day. The place itself was charming and we felt cool even in June. Would definitely stay again!

This place is wonderful! So much space for what you pay and it’s an easy walk to train street. The coffee/wine shop on the first floor is lovely and all the employees were sweet and welcoming.

호스트가 매우 친절하고, 대답도 굉장히 빨라서 너무 감사했습니다. 사우나도 이용 가능해서 좋았구요. 다만 여기가 새로 생긴 venus villar단지라서 안에 인프라는 좀 적습니다. 기존 플라밍고에서는 차로 10분 거리구요. 빌라단지 안에 카페테리아가 원래 있었는데, 태풍으로 ㅜㅜ 수리중이라 이용하지 못했구요. 음식 많이 쟁여가서 잘 쉬고왔습니다.

Nice place

This accommodation was very good. The furniture was in better condition than I thought, and the outdoor barbecue was well-equipped. It is perfect for a large family or company team.

If you have the chance to stay here and be hosted by Tim & Hana, you should be so lucky. It's out of the way and for people who want peacefulness. You get to just look at green, the garden and the trees every day. It was exactly what I wanted. They also have such a sweet little neighborhood they have made with their friends, everyone was very welcoming. There's a pickleball court, Tim & Hana are incredibly helpful, accomodating, open-hearted and kind, not to mention insanely competent. Anything we needed they accomplished so well and quickly I was blown away. The little scooter was great so you don't have to get a bike/car if you don't want. The home is so beautiful and clearly lived in, in the best way. It was made to be lived in and I felt so at home. It also felt so spacious and beautiful, it felt like many hours of love, care, thoughfulness, meditation and kindness were put into the home and even without anyone else there, it's easy to be impacted by it.

We loved our stay out this beautiful location. Our hosts made is feel very comfortable. They were super helpful, carrying our suite cases from the taxi to the house, helped us save money arranging pickup form the airport and all our other transportation needs. Recommendation for the best money exchange. Bought groceries and cooked for us. Clean spacious home, great service anytime we needed it. Very responsive and respectful. We highly recommend this location if you are looking to relax and enjoy nature.

Que MARAVILLA de alojamiento. Todo fue increíble, el trato con los dueños de la casa fue impecable, y la casa era igual que en las fotos e incluso mejor. Éramos un grupo de 9 con miedo de no encontrar una casa para disfrutar y fue el sitio perfecto, en zona céntrica, con todo cerca para ir andando, con espacio de sobra para descansar y disfrutar de los mentos en casa. Recomendamos de corazón este alojamiento, éramos un grupo que venimos de España y no pudimos quedarnos más felices después de disfrutar de esta maravillosa casa. Mil gracias porque nos han hecho tener unas noches impecables, sintiéndonos como si estuviésemos en nuestra propia casa. Volveremos ☺️

House was well suited for our group of 7 with room to spare. Good location in the old quarter. Host was very helpful and communicative, even helped us with transports from the airport.
