Holiday rentals with a patio in Mutiara Damansara

booked for my parent short staycation and they enjoyed it. all amenities function well & clean as well as the space. strategic place and parking provided, worth every penny

Gary and his team were very responsive and helpful even though we had an unexpected delay on our part. They helped to turn on the air condition and prepped the apartment before we came which was very much appreciated. Apartment was v clean and it was great overall. Thank you so much for accommodating us!

Really a very good place to stay. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. Just one thing which I did not like is they charge RM30 for checkin. 10PM checkin is not that late.

Great place when you are in Kuala Lumpur. Close to everything and great view of petronas twin tower and KL tower. Walking distance everywhere. The host is very responsive and made us check in earlier which is really great.

A haven in a busy city! And can watch the busy city rushing by from above. All mod cons but homey and comfy as well. Pool and facilities are icing on the cool cake. Very detailed instructions - daunting at first but friendly and clear.

Our stay was great. Hannah's communication is the best and we knew exactly what to do. The recommendations were also nice and it was very helpfull to have Mr. Chuan as a taxi driver from the airport. I also would like to say that the room have everything that we needed, even bottled water ! The rooftop with the pool was a real plus. We went there everyday and it never was busy. Lalaport mall is just near, with a lot of restaurants :) A walking distance to Jalan Alor too. I recommend this stay !

Place is exactly as listed. Excellent location. At unit, all amenities work well with thoughtful additions like clothes dryer, and we had a very comfortable and homely stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple food. Beds comfy, fans and AC work well. Ours is an outlier experience but with our unexpected late check in , we had trouble finding the right tower for parking (interconnected towers, very confusing for first timers). Access to the unit from the parking spot is not intuitive and we were hopelessly lost and had to call host who did guide us. Best to take the help of caretaker, which we could not do as it was late and we felt awkward. Also to note that exiting the car park was tense through the narrow winding slope, esp if you have a big car. Not sure if you can do it often, we usually drive to KL and do cabs locally. Note that access to building & lift is only with card (guests get 2); (not intuitive for seniors who need to be accompanied always) .

It was a nice and relaxing stay for the time we were there. The place was big enough for us, and we enjoyed spending time in the airbnb. The balcony had a great view for us to look at when it came to sitting around and hanging out.

Host is easy to communicate with👍

3 bedrooms at the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Lots of chairs provided for big groups. Host allowed us to stay around 20people and no deposit was required. Beautiful stay with good price. The house is super cleaned despite being big. Definitely recommended.

Daniel is a very helpful host who always responds quickly to any questions. His home is a wonderful place to stay — it’s fully equipped, the surroundings are pleasant, and it’s conveniently located near a hospital, restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities. Transportation is also very accessible. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Superb. Just like in pictures. On 1st night air mattress didn’t function. Gary’s team walked through to troubleshoot - still didn’t work. They wasted no time & they sent in a brand new replacement ❤️👍 TV in master bedroom didn’t function - it was ok, we could still watch downstairs ❤️👍 Spending time in bathrooms gives you super cool vibes differently !!! 👍❤️ They have incomplete gaming peripherals in the bedroom - too bad - but it was okay because they got ping pong, pool, board games, piano, basketball, dart, karaoke & many more downstairs 👍❤️ The kitchen ? We cooked + BBQ’d & saved lotsa monies !!! ❤️👍 Hey, this is truly a FUN house !!! 👍 This is definitely the 1st one in Malaysia ❤️👍 Suggestion to host : Please consider to install a metal railing for old folks or anyone with knee pain to assist them to go down the staircase to kitchen + toilet. Recommendation : To everyone - if you don’t visit this house, you’re missing something spectacular in life !!!! 👍❤️

Kok was really respectful and gentleman I honestly would give it a 10 out of 10. Great instruction excellent communication clear instruction clean place. If I ever come back to Malaysia, I would definitely stay on that place again.

Steven was an excellent communicator. The view was wonderful to watch the sunrise as well as the city lights at night.

Very good stay with hosts who are welcoming and available. The accommodation is as in the photos with a very nice view.

Eric's apartment is chic, spotless, and well-cared-for. I value the option for early check-in and the thorough check-in instructions Eric provided ahead of time. While there are likely many similar apartments in the building, I really enjoyed this one and may return in the near future.

Great stay! Clean, tidy, and well-equipped — even had detergent for the washer. Awesome location with lots of food spots nearby. Will definitely be back!

Stayed 4 nights for 9 pax in this lovely apartment. House is as per described and pictures - is clean and neat. Apartment is safe and peaceful. Netflix is available for entertainment. Nice view too. Some nice eateries within walking distance - Korean BBQ, steamboat, pork noodles, prata or fast food outlets. Convenient stores located within building or a KK Mart across the street. Host is responsive to queries and check-in instructions are clear. Will return to this apartment if coming to KL Sunway area.

If visit KL please do book Jimmy's place. its has everything malls and restaurants cozy place ,clean and feels like home.. this would be easily my go to airbnb place I'd be booking 🤗🤗 keep it up Being a good host Jimmy.
