Great little hotel. Selcuk and staff were very friendly and responsive. We had our apartment on the 7th floor and the sea views were beautiful. The apartment itself was clean, with good quality appliances and generally well built. The entrance to the hotel is located in a rather narrow street, but it wasn’t a problem for us, we only had to walk ~50 meters. We didn’t find the apartment noisy at night. We could hear some music from afar, but it wasn’t bothersome at all. I recommend this place for your future stay in Antalya.

Stayed with two young kids and cant failt the accommodation, it was an excellent accommodation, very spacious for family. It was very clean and all amenities provided including dryer which was so helpful. View from 6th Floor was stunning, can spend whole day looking at the view. will definitely recommend to other and will come back again.

The location is great, 5 min walk to the beach, the apartment is clean , everything is as pictured! Elevator, cafes and restaurants 100, playgrounds and park everywhere in 10 minutes! I've been to Turkey 20 times, it's the best place

Excellent location near old town, 10 min to Konyaliti beach.

Check-in process was very easy and we were greeted at the parking space to guide us to the apartment building. Overall experience was great. Apartment was clean and Selcuk walked us through every room and the amenities. Apartment building was very close to the busy area including shops and restaurants yet very quite. we have reserved the apartment for 3 nights however due to medical emergency, we had to head back on 2nd night itself. Would love to visit the country again and will not hesitate to stay at this apartment again.

We booked this as 4 people no one wanted to share a bed the host was very helpful and added an extra bed. The views were amazing and location is perfect everything is walking distance. Not to mention the reception staff were very helpful even when we are calling for taxi they guide the driver exactly where need to go in Turkish.

nice comfortable apartment, not far from the beach lara 25 minutes on foot there are many restaurants ,shops, the apartment has everything you need, pasture, hot water, good internet(although at the end of the month the speed fell a lot)felt like home

incredible value for money. we were in apt 4A. This was a luxurious space for a couple. Kind of like the ultimate studio apartment, with the bed behind a partition. The view from the window was stunning, with a busy shopping street in the foreground, then the old city walls behind that, and the ocean in the distance. The entrance was just off the main street, but far enough away as to be a quiet, residential area. It was right in town, with everything walkable. You can walk west and be at the beach area in 40 minutes, or take the tram. amazing food options surround you and the views of the ocean from spots in the city are incredible

We came for a short stay, but you can also stay for a long time. It was reasonably priced and clean.

ARKK is a great choice of Airbnb for people looking to stay in a central Antalya location. The only negative I will say is that the walls were quite thin and we could hear babies crying in the room next to us frequently - not ideal for a first romantic couple’s trip abroad! The parking was right outside the property, and you have to drive down very narrow side-streets to get there. There are also only 2 ways to get there by car, and it was quite frustrating when at night some of the neighbours had blocked it off with their cars. Other than that the apartment was a true 10/10 and would highly recommend others to stay there.

Thanks to Dumlu, even though I made a last minute reservation at a late hour, he waited for me until I arrived at his place and accompanied me to the house where I would stay. Despite all the tiredness of the day, he answered all my questions with both his energy and sincerity and did not spare his support. The location of the house is really in the heart of Antalya, especially the center. The Old Town, restaurants, bars and cafes are just a 6-7 minute walk from historical ruins to the door opening to a completely different dimension, such as Hadrian's Gate. The fact that the surroundings of the house are old, neglected and slightly dark in some areas should not worry anyone. No matter what time of the night, morning or day, alone or with two people, a safe accommodation with plenty of alternatives and within walking distance to everywhere awaits you in this authentic place, one of the oldest settlements in Antalya. ---------------- What we liked: * close to the sea, only 2 minutes to the public beach * lots of restaurants and shopping around the corner * Hasan was very friendly and helpful, quickly answered our questions or solved problems. * few other guests, clean and quiet in the hotel itself * Air conditioning and washing machine worked well ---------------- We didn't like this: * Unfortunately, a neighboring hotel has very loud music until midnight (but Hasan was flexible and gave us another room with the windows on another side).

Cute one-bedroom apartment with large(!) Rooftop terrace in close proximity to the city with good shops and restaurants as well as the Markantalya shopping center and the AntRay in mac. three minutes walking distance. It is part of a former attic apartment that has been converted into four apartments. As in many Turkish apartments, it is hard of hearing and because of the ancient air conditioning, Ohropax is recommended for night sleep. Bathroom/toilet are only accessible via the terrace. The owner family can be reached all day in their car wash around the corner or by app at night. The place was blitzly clean. In some places, it would have to be maintained, e.g. apartment doors and lighting. A bed lamp would also be nice. Otherwise, the equipment is complete, the bathroom is mold-free and the hot water heater is big enough for a long or two short showers. Overall for the location and the price a top offer for the city stay in Antalya.
