Amazing place. Very responsive and flexible personnel. I felt right at home and would recommend anyone to start from here in their search for their next vacation stay. Ps. The views of the surrounding valley and river are just stunning.

Immaculately clean and modern house with fresh linens and towels and a functional kitchen. Entertainment system with smart TV and DVD player was a plus. Set in a very rural location with beautiful mountain views but very limited infrastructure nearby in terms of shopping and transport. I reccomend this house id you have access to your own vehicle and if you remember to do your food and grocery shopping before your arrival. Thank you for a smooth and comfortable stay!

Good place

I cannot say enough good things about this host—very proactive, very responsive, incredibly kind, and truly went above and beyond, even offering to drive me from a nearby restaurant to the accommodation. The space was very clean, very spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I slept well. The kitchen had useful amenities like cups, plates, and bowls, while the bathroom was stocked with toilet paper, shower gel, and towels. It was peaceful with no noise issues, and the WiFi worked well. The water pressure in the shower was good, though unfortunately, the hot water didn’t work. The place looked just like the photos and was nicely decorated. It’s located a short distance from town—best to drive for restaurants and shops. Despite the hot water issue, I would absolutely stay here again if in Sagana.

Joyce and the care taker are great hosts. Responsive, helpful and polite. The house is big and spacious and just as shown in the photos. Nice place for family , good location. Well stocked kitchen with everything that we needed. We had a short and lovely stay. Would like to come back.

I stayed in this house for two weeks and had a positive experience. I had duties in and around Thika area and this house was absolutely convenient. The house lies near the highway and in a quiet neibourhood. The house has a househelp who is available 24/7 and is very kind. One ca use her as need be. The area is secure and quiet. I recomend this place.

Kelvin was very friendly and communicated promptly. The place was beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful accommodation experience, everything was as described. I would recommend the stay.

Had a lovely stay at Lisper's apartment. The space was clean and cozy.

We had to book last minite because their was a problem with our first booking ., everything went smoothly . The communication was always fast and perfect , we met the owner the first day of our reservation , that was a very good introduction , we got very clear information about the appartment . The appartment was as we could see on the pictures and could read in information . This place was very good , clean ( is also polished , change towels and sheets during our stay ) , quiet , very safe ( day and night security ) . The only remark we have is that the road outside the domain from the main road is very bad . We hope that we can come back our next stay in Thika Ronny and Marleen

Jane is friendly and welcoming, at first I had few challenges but she was open to find solutions. she is always available to her guests.

Beverly place was superb and serene. I liked everything, the location, interior, etc. I will definately be back. I recommend to anyone who may need to be in a home away from home. Very peaceful area.

I had an amazing stay at Ian's place! The home was clean, well-decorated, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. The location was fantastic—close to Ananas Mall. Ian was incredibly welcoming and responsive, and ensuring our stay was comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was also flexible as we had some last minute changes. Highly recommending this if you want a stay in Thika.
