This was my second time staying at Tan's place, and it definitely won’t be the last. Tan is a wonderful host—clear, responsive, and easy to talk to. The apartment is small, but it’s very clean and feels just like home. I appreciated the little touches that show thoughtfulness, like the disposable chopsticks, which I personally liked as someone who enjoys Chinese culture. On my first stay, I requested slippers, and by the second time, Tan had them ready for me—such a nice gesture that didn’t go unnoticed. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. Absolutely worth every penny.

Place to relax and its not crowded

Great place to stay if you are looking for a quick getaway . The host is nice and responsive . Room is clean and everything is worth the price .

Perfect place to stay at for someone who's visiting South for Wanderland, like me. It's literally a few walks away from Molito and ATC. Did not have any problem with checking in/out. Host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely consider booking again for my next concert/music fest around Alabang! 💯

I had a great stay at Laarni’s place! Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive throughout the entire process. The home was spotless, smelled great, and had a beautiful interior design that made it feel cozy and inviting. The location was convenient and in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. The place came fully stocked with complimentary towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, everything I needed was already there. What really stood out were the entertainment features. The projector and game consoles were a fantastic bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the value was excellent, and I felt I got more than what I paid for. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loved My Stay at Cinema 27! As a first-time Airbnb guest, and someone who’s honestly pretty picky, I was a bit nervous about booking. But when I came across Carlo and Patricia’s listing, it just felt right. I was on a budget, but the place looked great and seemed totally worth it. I booked right away, and I’m so glad I did. The space was super comfy, very clean, and smelled really nice. Everything was just as described (or better!). They had everything I needed, especially in the kitchen, all the tools and utensils were clean and complete, which I really appreciated. Carlo and Patricia were both so kind and easy to talk to. They made me feel very welcome and at ease throughout my stay. Honestly, they’ve set the bar high, I’d love to stay at Cinema 27 again next time I travel. Can’t wait! ☺️🫶🏻

The place was as described - clean and homey. We actually live nearby and just needed a place to stay during a scheduled power interuption in our own condo. We only had to bring a few things since the place already includes all necessary appliances and kitchen essentials. Would definitely recommend staying in the area since it's near a lot of restos, malls and groceries. We had a comfortable stay.

I've stayed in couple of BnBs before and this is one of the best places I've booked. The place is clean and smelled so great which made my stay so relaxing. Hosts are very helpful and responsive and flexible to cater to requests which made it so convenient and stress-free for me. Will definitely stay here again.

This place was the best. My daughter loved the pool. Cleaning materials provided. I did leave some cups in the sink I was trying to check out in time. Me being honest the building g staff suck. They are dishonest and negative. Which is unrelated to the host and his beautiful home.

This place is gorgeous! It is very cozy and spotless. We loved how they decorated the place, it feels like home. 😌 We had everything that we needed. What also attracted me to book this place was that the amenities were free including the parking. And the location too, making it easily accessible to the restaurants and shops. The host, Ms. Abigail was very friendly and responsive. She made sure that everything goes smoothly from check-in to check-out. This is by far the best Airbnb I've ever used in Manila. The guest was so kind and the explanation was perfect, and he could speak Korean, so he had no communication problems. The bedding was so convenient, the terrace was nice and the view was nice. There was a convenience store nearby, so it was convenient to use and the SM mall was close, so it was good to shop. The only bad thing is that it’s little difficult to take a grap. I'm planning to visit here again next time. See you soon Joseph
