Bring the whole family to beautiful Ærø. Here is our cozy townhouse in the village of Bregninge. The house is newly renovated with a new kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove, dining room and an extra room with a daybed. There is access to a new wooden terrace of 25 sqm from the living room with sea view and direct access from the garden to the city's playground. 3 rooms on the 1st floor. All with a double bed. One room has its own toilet, another has an alcove where you can sleep smaller children. The third room also has a cot.

A lovely view of the sea with an indoor fireplace.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has a beautiful view from the sea. From the terrace you have an additional view from the green fields. The apartment is only 200 meters from the sea. In a very safe area with ample parking. Family friendly environment, next to green areas. Hiking possibilities in the forest in the back. It is perfect for 4 people, if we open the sofa bed in the living room you can have 6 people in total.

The three-story beach house has more than deserved its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. An unique location in the Baltic Sea town of Olpenitz. Stort hus (330 kvm.) med indendørs pool, billard, flygel (kun for de gæster, der rent faktisk kan spille klaver!) dart, 4 soveværelser (otte voksne og fire børn), fantastisk udsigt og kun 15 minutters gang fra centrum og lystbådehavn. 15 minutters kørsel til virkelig god strand. Ekstra "hotelhus" med 12-16 senge kan muligvis bookes sammen med dette hus.
