Such a great house! We loved staying here: a very spacious home, relaxing garden, overall a great atmosphere. The house was very clean, and all you could need is provided. Top it off with a very friendly host, and you have the prefect experience. Ten out of ten!

The place is a lovely getaway, its in a quiet little bay with old houses that most of the old owners build themselves. If you want a luxury experience this is not the place, however if you want an amazing authentic Balkan lakeside experience this is definitely the place. The owner, Filip, was extremely helpful and friendly. The area is beautiful and it truly feels like you are in a remote village with all its charms.

Everything was great. The cleanliness of the house was perfect. The balcony view was amazing. It can only be cold for those who go in the winter months. There was no heater except the air conditioner. Even though we were in late September, we were cold at night.

**Amazing Stay in Ohrid's Old Town - Highly Recommend!** We had the pleasure of staying at Slavica's beautiful home in the heart of Ohrid's Old Town, and it was an unforgettable experience. Despite our last-minute booking, Slavica was incredibly accommodating and gracious. She went above and beyond, helping us arrange a car for the next day and even greeting us with delicious, fresh figs from her garden. The home itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of Lake Ohrid from the balcony. Every corner of the house was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Slavica's hospitality truly made us feel at home, and we can't recommend her place enough! Thank you, Slavica, for your kindness and for making our stay in Ohrid so special.

That was the best holiday I’ve ever had. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. Kitchen was clean and comfortable. It has everything you might need. The view to the lake was spectacular. Especially on sunset. Huge terrace and even bigger garden. Perfect place to be on quiet and peaceful vacation. And also really romantic spot. It’s in 15 minutes walk from the lake and 5 minutes with a car. We were with our dog and she spent most of the time in the garden. She loved it so much. The harden was fenced which was really important for us because we have a husky that loves to escape 😃. Ilina’s parents and grandparents are the kindest and warmest people you’ll meet. They welcomed us with coffee and we even played cards together. We’ll remember them forever. Aaand we’ll for sure be back soon because it felt like home.

Aleksandar place was amazing. I can't find enough words to express how much I liked this apartment. It was very quiet, clean and the kitchens had all of the amenities that you'll need. I aliso liked the little terrace from the room. It's a 15 minutes walk away from the main bus station in Ohrid, 3 minutes away from a supermarket where you could get everything. There is also a private parking in front of the apartment. Or if you plan to use public transport the bus station is 1min away. The Host is very kind and polite and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, he even took me to a short tour in the area. I sincerely recommend this apartment to all his future guests and will be back for sure!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very nice and well-equipped, with everything we needed. Its location is perfect – close to the city center and the lake, making it a great base for day trips and exploring the area. Having a parking spot in the underground garage was a big plus. Viktor was a great and helpful host – always responsive and kind. Highly recommended!

The accommodation and contact with Adelka were perfect. The apartment was super equipped and sparkling clean. But the view of the lake was simply magnificent! A quiet and wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view. The value was unbeatable. We have been traveling for over two months and this was all in all the best apartment so far. The house is located on a small street on the main street, 10 minutes walk from the pier, and you can easily go up the hill to visit and go to the pier.The house is well ventilated and bright.Unfortunately, although I don't like to criticize others, I should still objectively reflect some of the shortcomings of the house.The kitchen lacked cookware, with only one large pot without a lid.You have to climb two flights of stairs to enter the house.The shower is too small.

A special spot - right on the lake. It is the most relaxing, perfect spot - right on the lake so to wake up to the views and the sound of the water was just perfect and so very relaxing. Georgi is the perfect host - knowledgeable, friendly and very welcoming but is also very quiet and unobtrusive. A generous man who picked us up and dropped us back at the bus station and made us feel incredibly welcome with wine, cheese and possibly the most delicious kiwi fruit I’ve ever tasted! We loved our holiday so much we are coming back in September to stay with Georgi again!

House manager Katerina was very interested and gave quick and relevant answers to every question. Everything was thought of at home, there were all kinds of electronic goods (even a tumble dryer). The house was clean and tidy. The photos showed a wider lake view, but we stayed on the lower floor of the two-story building, where the view was a little more limited. If you are coming for the view, clarify which floor you will be staying on. The living room windows are at street level, there is a transparent film on the windows, you can't see inside during the day, but when the lights are on in the evening, you can see inside clearly, there is no tulle, only thick background curtains, when you pull them, the lake view is completely blocked. There is a parking lot for vehicles, we came with our vehicle, the streets are very narrow but we still did not have any difficulty. Ohrid is a small place, you can walk everywhere.

Zoran is a tremendous host. This accommodation, which I made with my wife and child, helped us in every sense. The location of the house is 50-100 meters from the lake and I could watch the lake while sitting on the balcony. It made me feel like I was in my own home. He also opened up a very short distance area by the lake, which was reserved for the apartment, for parking. We were very happy with our stay. It was nice getting to know her. We also had the opportunity to have a nice dinner at the restaurant he recommended near the region. Thanks for everything. I'm sure I'll stay here again if I happen to be in the area. 😊

The place was amazing with a stunning view of Lake Ohrid

This is such an incredible location! The view is insane and it’s just a few steps away from the boardwalk and restaurants in this adorable old town area. Parking was very difficult on the narrow roads, since it was just street parking as available, but Ana was very responsive when I reached out for assistance. I highly recommend this space and hope to come back again someday!

Communication with the host was easy and straightforward. The apartment looks just like the photos, and the two AC units heated the space quickly, which was appreciated. Everything went smoothly.

First and foremost, Roland was the perfect host, proactively contacting us prior to arrival to collect details for our registration in North Macedonia (government expectation) and picking us up from the bus terminal; making our arrival stress free. The apartment was exactly as described and Roland takes the time to show you around explaining how everything works in the apartment and pointing out the local amenities and points of interest. We exchanged contact details, so he was always available if required, how good is that! Having spent the previous four days in a hotel, as nice as it was, it simply didn't compare to Roland's apartment; in fact it rained heavily all day on one occasion, so we simply cooked for ourselves, relaxed with a glass of wine and watched TV, you can't do that in a hotel room Truly a perfect home from home and well placed to explore Ohrid on foot. The price is better than fair and Roland even arranged a 3hr Airport Transfer for us. Thank you so much Roland

Frosina was easily available and even offered us to check in ahead of time. Had a great stay at her place that is really well located in a quiet but central part of old town. Also loved the wine that was left for us! Free parking places for those who need them were a only a few minutes walk from the place.

We had a fantastic stay at Marija’s apartment! The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great, close to local restaurants and within walking distance of the center. Marija was a wonderful host: very welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.
