This is a private suite upstairs in our house, blocked off from the rest of the house. We own and manage this property, it’s not an investment, but extra space we are happy to share. We are a mile from downtown Flagstaff. The suite is 2 rooms plus a large bathroom, around 500 square feet. The queen bed has a Beauty Rest Pillowtop mattress, and there is a blowup single mattress. There is a fridge and microwave for leftovers. We do not allow pets. There is one guest parking spot in the driveway.

Dog Friendly! Remodeled guest house in quaint, very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Private entrance and parking space. Detached from the main house with a private fenced yard. Within city limits, but with an out-of-town feel. (No city lights! The stars are incredible!) only a few miles from the lakes, with the added benefit of being only a short drive to returaunts, shopping, bars, and everything Flagstaff has to offer. Hiking/biking trail system only steps away!

This efficient bungalow is unique, quaint and well furnished. It is only 2 blocks from NAU, or the urban trail system, and a 10 minute walk from downtown. The outside is fenced and shaded by several big trees and the inside is very inviting and relaxing. Dogs will be considered for a nominal dog fee ($20 a dog per night). The perfect sized Cabin, sleeps a total of up to 6-8 adults and has a bunk room with space for up to 6 kids! The ideal retreat away from the city, surrounded by cool pines and plenty of nature to observe. The expansive open Great room makes the perfect setting for a family gathering or sharing good times with friends.
