Loved my stay. It's clearly a family home, and a very welcoming one. I'd love to go back.

We had the most wonderful stay, the house is absolutely stunning and is beautifully furnished it has everything you could possible need. It is close to the town centre and the beach. Liz is a fabulous host, always replied to any queries very quickly. The only downside is the parking as there is only 1 car park space at the property but we managed to find a space on the road and we totally understand that this is out of Liz's control.

A fabulous find with a fabulous host. Spacious well thought out accommodation a few steps from a beautiful beach. Lots of little treats and extras provided and a hot tub too! Easy access to Great Yarmouth abd Norfolk coast by bus and a few pub/cafes/takeaways in the village. All you could want and more. Lynette is an extremely helpful and friendly host. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

WOW! What a place to stay! This is a stunningly beautiful home. Decor is gorgeous! Hot tub was amazing and definitely needed after a 7/8 mile walk from here to Winterton! Could not fault the place. Bottle of prosecco was a lovely welcoming gift too! Thank you ever so much for a wonderful stay. Hope to return soon! Jackie

A really beautiful house tucked away yet right next to the beach!! Provided many amenities, high quality rooms + cleaning, and had an all around amazing time :))

We had an amazing stay, the house and the surroundings as described on Airbnb. Excellent communication from the host. We had brilliant sunshine when we stayed. So the only slight recommendation would be to have curtains in the two main rooms to block out the sunshine at 4:30am.

A fantastic chalet in a very good location. Yuqi communicated brilliantly about the booking too. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful rental experience!

Just returned from a weekend break at Kirsty's chalet & literally cannot fault it! spotlessly clean, check in was straight forward and there were some lovely little welcome gifts for us & the kids which were a lovely surprise. swimming pool was a couple minute walk & brilliant.. beach was only a 10 minute walk away and also only 10 minutes to yarmouth pier 😊 100% we will return. Thank you so much guys 🙏🏻 X

We had a lovely couple of nights here. James was great and responded quickly, the house was clean and felt like home, the beds were really comfy too! It’s a great location, the bar on site served delicious food and lots of places nearby to explore. We will be back!

Perfect accommodation for the Family. Busy but not rushed. Swimming pool a fantastic bonus. Grandchildren and myself swam every day. Other adults enjoyed the sauna as well. Didn't travel far from our home to get there but had such a brilliant time it could have been anywhere. Dogs loved the garden and beach. Thank you Clair for my perfect weekend away to celebrate an early birthday with my family x

We had a great relaxing holiday at this place. Very clean and tidy place. We had almost everything we needed at this place. The location is just dreamy! Stepping out into the very clean calm beach. There’re a few good eateries around but the Chinese takeaway stands out! Overall this is near perfect 😀

Absolutely wonderful place to stay for me and my family. communication was excellent. Instructions on how to get into the caravan were very easy. The place itself is very comfortable. Spotless and a home away from home. There was not one single issue whilst we were there! The location of the caravan is perfect for the beach. Beds are comfortable and plenty of space inside and outside the caravan! Thank you so much!!

The house was very comfortable. Having two lounges was great and the view from the upstairs lounge across the sea was lovely. The pool was a real highlight for the children - they loved the pool! It’s a short walk to the village centre and the little Tesco’s close by was very handy. The walk to the sea was very short but the steep steps were too difficult for someone with knee and back pain but great for everyone else. The sea was calm enough to swim in which was great. We really enjoyed our holiday.

Outstanding cottage, home from home, very comfortable with everything you would ever need. We felt very welcome, lots of little extra touches and even home baking, eggs and fruit. Dogs well catered for with their treats too. Easy to get around, definitely recommend hiring a boat from wroxham and food at the lighthouse inn. Can walk to village and coastal path beach easily. Great weekend in a beautiful place with great hosts . Wish I could give it more than 5 stars 🤩

We had a fantastic stay at the Middle Barn! The space was comfortable and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family. Our children especially loved the football table and selection of toys, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The thoughtful welcome touches—homemade cake, fresh daffodils, and a chilled bottle of Prosecco—made us feel instantly at home. The barn’s location was ideal, providing easy access to several beautiful Norfolk beaches, allowing us to explore the area with ease. Also 15 minutes away from BeWILDerwood. We would highly recommend this stay and hope to return!

we had a very relaxing stay at the coastguards cottage. The house is beautiful and we felt right at home and the surroundings are just as stunning. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking to get away from the business of city life for a few days! There is limited electricity as advertised but we had no issues and were easily able to charge phones and lights.

What an absolute gem of a place! The beach house is beautifully decorated, it’s very modern and is instantly welcoming. The photos don’t do it justice. The kitchen is one of the most well equipped kitchens we’ve ever stayed in, you could happily cook for weeks in there. The beds were extremely comfortable, we never usually sleep that well when away from home but we all slept like babies. The whole house is spotlessly clean. The location is stunning and perfect for beach days. The children told us it was 77 steps from the back door to the beach, you couldn’t ask for more. The beach was sand, not shingle, which was perfect for the family. The village offers a convenience store and a great fish & chip shop. This was one of our absolute favourite breaks, we’ll definitely be back.

Lovely family house, and excellent location especially to the beach. There's lots to do in the area, wouldn't hesitate to book this house again.

We had a great time at Maria's place. Had everything we needed - and my little one especially loved the trampoline in the garden (firmly on her birthday wish list now!) Accommodation was immaculate and was ideally located for the things we wanted to do whilst we were there. Would definitely go again.

Edelweiss Cottage is lovely - spacious enough for 3 adults and 3 excited small dogs without losing the lovely cosy cottage feel. We all had a great time - walks along Happisburgh beach and an afternoon snuggled up in the fleece blankets kindly provided by Tracie while we watched the rain come down outside! Very welcoming and dog friendly; milk in the fridge for us & a water bowl outside for the dogs, a secure garden and a hosepipe to wash muddy paws after a run through the farmyard! The café on the way to the beach has great bacon rolls, dogs are welcome in the garden area
