Beachfront holiday rentals in Mundaka

Beautiful location - reminded me of a Cornish fishing village. Great bars, views across the bay, watching the surfers, and a beach. You can drive to Bilbao in 35 mins, San Sebastián in just over an hour. Mundaca is just a great base to explore northern Spain, Miren is a great host and was always really helpful (we even left the key in the door and she went and sorted it for us! Highly recommend

Juan’s place was perfect, we could not fault it. We had two small kids, with a stroller and found it easily accessible by lift. We rented a mid-sized car and were able to use the car park without too much hassle. Juan and Paula were super friendly and helpful throughout. The location was fantastic for exploring Bilbao, while also offering a quieter neighbourhood and beaches nearby. The apartment was spotless and cosy, with beautiful views and the double bed was the most comfortable we have slept in! 100% recommend.

With my friends we booked this Airbnb, we were very satisfied with this beautiful apartment, very cozy, everything was great! Very well located next to the sea, it was very nice.

Paul was a very helpful & communicative host, he was proactive & gave us many tips of what to do & eat in the town. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is largely off the tourist trail you could do worst than to stay at Paul's accommodation. This is a town where you can see real Basque people living authentic lives & not just another tourist trap.

We had a great stay at Julen's place. The apartment is near the beach and at walking distance from all restaurants in Zarautz. Julen was the best, very responsive and helpful!

Really lovely space, great communal areas and wonderful location. 3rd bedroom very small if people are sharing but other than that brilliant!

Jabi is an amazing host! The apartment was clean, spacious and the perfect size for family of 5! He left us a basket of fruit and stocked the kitchen with essentials- milk, juice, coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper! He even left us potatoes so I was able to make tortilla de patatas! Communication with Jabi was excellent and was quick to respond to our texts. There were a few restaurants nearby and the beach is less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back.

We had an exceptional stay! The house is simply beautiful, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The place is incredible: quiet, exotic and ideal for recharging. A real little piece of heaven. I would recommend it without a second thought!

Cesar was an amazing host. His apartment was as described and photographed. He welcomed my family and walked my children out to see the pool and show them how to access it. The apartment was clean, without clutter. He was full of recommendations and even reminded us to get tickets for Gaztelugatxe so we wouldn’t miss our chance to make it out there. The beach access is just across the street and large and welcoming.

Nice apartment for two close to the sea and with beautiful sea view. Good train connections to San Sebastian, Bilbao and other nice villages. Maria responded quickly and accurately to any questions or remarks.

The host is very friendly and helpful!There are many shops near the house, and it is close to the beach!The house is on the 5th floor with an elevator, not only that, we want to praise the host's hospitality, we love the variety of coffee machines, it's convenient and meets everyone's needs.

Lovely apartment close to the beach and a bus ride away from Bilbao

We had a terrific couple of days in Mundaka. The apartment was beautiful, clean and very well equipped with lovely sea views. Egoitz was extremely helpful in giving us access to the apartment and garage parking. All in all our time was too short, but we will definitely visit again. Steve & Erja

What a brilliant trip, one of our best ever! From the moment we arrived, our hosts Miguel and his wife made us feel incredibly welcome. The apartment, located in the heart of the Gros area, was perfect... It was clean, safe, and ideally situated for exploring San Sebastián. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. Miguel and his wife went above and beyond, providing us with helpful information and even a lot of food, which was so appreciated. Although we don’t speak Spanish and they don’t speak English, we easily communicated through a phone app and it worked just fine! A special mention to the lovely lady in the nearby coffee shop who had my coffee ready each morning before I even asked such a nice touch. The food in the local restaurants was outstanding, especially the pizza place below the apartment honestly one of the best we’ve had and great value too. Would we return to this apartment and location? Absolutely, 100% yes. Thank you, Miguel and your wonderful wife, for everything.

It was great staying in a super great apartment and awesome area. Bars, restaurants, small shops, supermarkets, bus, subway....everything you need! Unfortunately, we lost one of two apartment keys on a trip. This was very uncomfortable for us, but not so bad for the landlords. Thanks for the great communication and the great apartment! We can only recommend them!
