Kiran’s place was charming and spacious with a very ‘in nature’ feel. There were shops and cafes reachable by foot and I appreciated the peace and quiet in the middle of a bustling city. Easy and secure self check-in was very convenient and Kiran was always responsive to messages and a pleasure to communicate with. 😊 Thanks again for a lovely stay!

I loved the stay! I booked it for my visa appointment at the US consulate and this was just a 5 minute drive from there. The place was really clean and tidy, Rahul the caretaker was also really helpful. Place had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay! The area is also great cause you can just come out the gate and you'll easily get autos and cabs. 10/10 would recommend

Loved our stay at Atiya’s it’s a proper 1bhk in Bandra West which is hard to find. The great stuff - Self check-in and checkout - Easy access to flat you can come and go anytime - Maid service for home cleaning - Great location Could be better - Maintenance like newer sheets (we had ordered our own from Blinkit since the ones there were a little worn out) - And general overall upgrade specially for the cost to the consumer which comes down was 4.5K per night including BnB fees and taxes

As a physician and an NRI visiting Mumbai for clinical conferences near Tata Hospital, this flat offered a seamless blend of comfort, western convenience, and a touch of old Bombay charm. Located in the Parsi Colony with easy access to Bandra and South Mumbai, it was both peaceful and well-connected. A great choice for professionals or families looking for a warm, heritage-style stay in the city. Will book again on next visit.

The place is easy locate, felt right at home, amazing property and amazing hospitality by Adeel and Faisal. Pros: The behaviour of the hosts The perfect house Very comfortable stay Cons: Locality is very congested and typically far from Bandra and BKC and SoBo if you want to roam around like a first timer. Adeel was the most amazing host, property exactly like in the pics and very accommodative. 5 star to him. Perfect place inside the house if you want to feel at home. We felt very comfortable. Strongly recommend!

Serene community, with complete security. The place was as described and is suitable for 1-2 people. Very refined interiors. The surrounding area is very clean and happening. I would recommend this unit and will likely book it again for 1-2 week stays.

The location was perfect for me, as I’d lived in the same area before. The 1-bedroom house was well appointed. The pantry was well equipped. A portable electric hot plate was provided in lieu of a cooking range. But one doesn’t have to worry as the area has several eating places. The furnishings was just right, and the household help came daily for cleanup. Overall a great experience!!

We had a great time in this nice apartment. Clean, quiet ( the airplanes didn’t bother us at all) good street food and veggie stalls around. This is a living and vibrant neighbourhood. Farhan was a perfect host, came over right after check-in, and explained everything for us, and was always reachable .

Easy location, very clean, feels home when you enter the property, host is very friendly, polite and proactive. Place looks exactly the same as described and in the pictures. Hardly 500 meters from Ram Mandir station….we will prefer staying here anytime if we are in mumbai instead to staying in a hotel ..

Good, clean, and well-maintained place. Great location with Goregaon West Metro station just a short walk away. A bit pricey for the value, but overall a pleasant stay.

Place is aesthetically beautiful and gave us a very homely vibe the moment we walked in. Everything was clean, and we especially loved the balcony. Everything felt perfect!✨ Just one small suggestion — the TV remote wasn’t working properly. We had to press the buttons multiple times for it to respond. Not a big issue at all, but thought I’d let you know.

The place is located at a beautiful part of the city. Apartment is clean, well kept, cozy and aesthetic! The hosts were very sweet and took care that our stay was as smooth and comfortable as possible - Gave great recommendations, helped us with timings and checked on us too. would definitely recommend :)

Very kind couple. We had a family emergency and I only needed the place for a few hours to take some online meetings and Nitish's space was perfect for it. The wifi was fast and the location was very ready to find. I was only there for a few hours so I can't comment on the bed / sofa etc sorry but they seemed adequate.

We had an awesome experience at this property, the property was easy to find , plus it is exactly what was shown in the photos , the highlight being the balcony a lovely and maintained space to enjoy evenings . The hosts are very kind and responsive. The property is worth the money and is squeaky clean would highly recommend everyone to experience it .

Its was pleasant and cozy stay at topical oasis loved it staff were very nice and cooperative responsive host all the amenities very there as listed tidy place and the hot tub was cherry on top at such a reasonable price much private. Spend most precious time with lot of me memorise 🥰

Second visit for my parents! Great value for money. Would have loved a little more flexibility with check-in and checkout. But we totally understand, as this is a busy neighbourhood with too many bookings. Overall, a good experience.

It is a very nice and cozy place. I travel to Mumbai often, and always try to stay in West Bandra. Beautiful and peaceful area with a lot of places to see, or just walk around. I loved this apartment a lot, it has a unique combination of privacy, but you somehow feel included in the life of the neighborhood. A very nice set up with personal entrance, 'hut' type room with high roof, and wooden window shutters - really cozy and special. Amenities are in good order and very decent. The only thing I was missing is water filter, which I am used to see in Mumbai apartments, though the host or housekeeper was thoughtful to provide several bottles of drinking water when I checked in - much appreciated. The place was clean, no issues whatsoever. The house staff guy who helped me with check in and check out was very friendly and caring, thank you. All in all - highly recommended!
