The place was private, backyard was beautiful and peaceful. Patrick answered all our questions and overall great stay!

This is a lovely bungalow in a great neighborhood close to all Portland has to offer! The house is comfortable, clean, well stocked and we loved hanging on the front porch in the sunshine. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom’s had nice showers. We weren’t made aware there is a tenant in the basement unit until we received check in info the day before. Host was responsive to my concerns about thinking we had a rented an entire house to ourselves (apparently all Airbnbs in Oregon must have a resident living on the property? This was news to me, but maybe not to future renters). I think they could have done more to ensure we knew someone else was on the property (there are no shared utilities or doors, but we could hear the person downstairs at bedtime, and we were concerned our family with small kids would be audible to them as well). Again it’s a great house, I just wish we had known someone was under us when we chose it.

We had a wonderful weekend here! The home, backyard, and pool were all perfect! Everything was spotless clean, great communication, super private backyard and pool! They were so accommodating and were able to allow us an early check in which made our trip so much easier. Highly recommend!

Our stay was nothing short of memorable. The home was beautiful, clean and well maintained, and the views were breath taking. The hosts were incredibly communicative and helpful when we had questions along the way. We would stay again and highly recommend.

Peaceful mornings with brewed coffee and a great view. Everyone that stayed at the Art Farm enjoyed the house and its surroundings from the first morning to the last. Ample room for the kids to run around and claim their space to play and seating for everyone to have a meal together. The house was clean, easy to get into and all the appliances and utilities worked well. Even with winter outside, the heating was consistent. Wi-fi was fast for everyone and the kitchen was well used for both Christmas Eve and Christmas day feasts! Our cooks were very impressed by the high end range and refrigerator. The kitchen was also well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of bathrooms to accommodate our large group. A short drive away from major grocery stores, shopping and activities.

We had a great stay at Nicholas’s place. The kitchen was roomy and functional. The pool and hot tub were very well kept. The kids loved all the games both upstairs and downstairs! Nicholas was a very accommodating host and helped us with schedule flexibility and responded quickly to questions about the house. Beds were comfortable and great linens! Beautiful views from the deck at all hours of day. Thanks!!

Wendy's place was perfectly and conveniently located for our needs. The place was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would love to stay again in the future!

This was the best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed in! Amanda and Michael are literally the sweetest and think of every little thing to make your stay comfortable and special! We felt right at home! The neighborhood is adorable and so walkable to great food nearby. Super close to the MAX (local public transportation), so there was times we didn’t even need our car. We LOVED it here! Staying here made us fall in love with Portland all over again. We cannot wait to revisit RCH🌹

Perfect little place for our overnight stop on the way to our final destination. Clean,quiet and easy parking. Also very convenient to just hop off I-5 and hop right back on.

There’s not enough nice things to say about Kyl’s place! It was extremely comfortable, well located, clean, and tastefully decorated! My boyfriend and I loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Kyl was extremely accommodating and a lovely host. Also, the Oregon treats were an awesome touch and I am actively looking to see where I can buy more of the better bars!

Robert was very friendly when we met him. The room was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The room was perfect! We were able to have a couple of our kids and grand kids over to hang out for a while and there was plenty of room. The fridge was unexpectedly nicely stocked with various goodies and necessities. We will stay there again!

Our stay at Chris' home far exceeded our high expectations. The bungalow fully captures the quintessential Pacific Northwest vibe, and is even more beautiful and inviting than the photos suggest. We felt at home the moment we arrived. The space is uncluttered yet fully equipped with everything we needed, including a very well-stocked kitchen and pantry, an amazing shower, and a beautiful yard. Even during a heat wave, the house stayed cool and comfortable. The location is perfect—just minutes from excellent restaurants and close to everything we wanted to explore. The neighborhood is quiet, and street parking is readily available right in front of the home. It is the perfect place to call home when visiting Portland. We will definitely try to book Chris' charming bungalow on our next trip to Portland.

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Portland. the house was perfect. loved the neighborhood. easy to get a lyft to go over to Nob Hill, Pearl, or the Japanese Gardens. we also had a huge car and there was always a spot right in front of the house. and of course, I have to mention the heated toilet seat. it's life changing!

This home is one of my top places I have stayed in on Airbnb. I walked into that home and out to the back door absolutely breathtaking views. This home is 3 adventures in one. 1st the deck BBQ, fire pit and Hot tub(wood is provided). 2nd the yard below the home, has a huge open grass area with a big fire pit, close to the river. 3rd the river great spot for chairs and family private. Very lucky it was hot outside, we got to go swimming 3 times. The house was super clean 5 stars. This home had all the things and more needed to cook in the kitchen mama was stocked up. Book this home and enjoy being unplugged from the world, I flet like I was at grown up camp. Thank you for the treats and birthday candle 🕯 💕

Cute little home. My son and I bunked in the loft and mom was downstairs. Location is close to pier park, so if you’re a skateboarder or disc golf enthusiast, it’s a great location. Only about a few minute drive to downtown st John’s.

Beautiful home! Location is amazing, you can walk to many amazing places to eat. The neighborhood is so nice as well. Host is very friendly and helpful.

We had our first air bnb cancel on us last minute and was able to find this beautiful home at a better price. It was very spacious and welcoming. Would definitely book again in the future

This was our second stay at Joshua's beautiful lavender farm! The property is gorgeous and the hosts have always been friendly, attentive and professional. The lavender farm will always be our #1 choice for any future family trips to Brush Prairie/Vancouver!

This is our second stay here, a perfect location for us because of its proximity to kids and grandkids. I enjoyed my walk from the house to my daughter’s place, and pick up and drop off was super easy because of the nice wide driveway. Kuerig, ice water dispenser and toaster were perfect; the dishwasher and washer and dryer made it easy for us to pack light, order grocery drop off, and make ourselves at home. Best this time, the beautiful back yard and the big smart TV— we happily watched the French Open! Honestly, there is no downside, nothing we could improve upon.

Loved this place! The neighborhood is quiet and pretty and being tucked back behind the main house felt private and cozy. Despite being small, the space actually felt very open and comfortable. We really appreciated Susanna’s clear check in instructions and the care she puts into making the space feel homey and welcoming. I recommend taking a morning walk to Posies Cafe and enjoying the beautiful park nearby. 100% would stay here again!

Marc's place was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom was clean. The living room was comfortable and had a large TV (no cable but set up for streaming). The decor was minimalist and free of clutter. There is off street parking, but the driveway is somewhat steep and narrow. Overall the airbnb met our expectations.

Very clean and bright. Nicely decorated and furnished well. We liked the rainfall showerheads and the extra living room. Happy that there was seating on the back patio. Don't forget to read & sign the guestbook! We enjoyed reading other people's suggestions and remarks. Thanks for opening your home to us!

Two 80 year old grandmothers attending a graduation found the house centrally located and quiet. The host was responsive and cheerful.
