The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, induction stove, hot air fryer and washing machine. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with shower, toilet and storage.

The house is set up as two apartments with separate entrances. We rent out the lower floor, on the upper floor lives a couple so respect should therefore be shown and not made noise late at night. More guests are fine, but then you can bring a mattress and bed linen yourself Only 50 m down to the lake. 22 min by car or train to Jönköping The train station is about 15 minutes walk away Free parking, but you have to park on the street as existing tenants have access to the garage driveway

Up in the pasture overlooking Näs Herrgård and Nässjön is Villa Näs. A modern home in a rural and scenic setting. The house that is secluded has a large and lovely garden with sun all day. In the pastures around the house, there are grazing animals in the summer. A few steps away is Nässjön which offers fantastic swimming. All of our guests have access to barbecue, Stand-up paddle boards and bikes! In winter you live 5 min drive from alpine center with a total of 7 slopes!

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Cabin of 65 m2 guest cottage of 15 m2 in total 7 beds. 300 meters to the lake Stråken with swimming and fishing. 8 km to Ryfors golf course, 27 km to Asec shopping center in Jönköping. 7 km to shops and bathhouse in Mullsjö city center. 4 bikes are available. Smålandsleden passes the cabin with nice hiking. Bed linens and towels are available for a cost of SEK 150/person. There is also a boat for rent for SEK 500/week.

Big apartment right by the lake

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the large house with its own entrance. It has three double rooms with room for six overnight guests and a large living room with space for two more. All bedrooms have windows facing the lake. You have access to a private beach with a wood-fired sauna and fishing in the lake. There are also good opportunities for walking, running and cycling tours in the surrounding area and the forest.
