Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mullet Bay Beach

We were warmly greeted at the entrance by the amazing Enzo from The Lux Villa Concierge. He gave us a thorough and welcoming tour of the apartment, which was not only spotless and spacious but also beautifully designed with a fresh, contemporary feel. The entire space smelled fantastic and felt like home from the very first moment. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for day-to-day living — from kitchen essentials to thoughtful touches throughout. Enzo went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed and even sent us curated links to local restaurants and entertainment options around the island. He checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect — and it was. This place truly exceeded all expectations. It was a 10 out of 10 experience and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to return!

We had a great stay. The unit is even better than in the photos. We encountered a few maintenance issues but host was quick to respond. Stephanie was always reachable and very helpful. The resort grounds are beautiful. Would stay again.

Le studio est vraiment calme malgré sa proximité avec l’aéroport , je n’ai ressenti aucune gêne et j’ai pu dormir paisiblement à toutes heures de la journée . La literie est très confortable, j’ai pu me reposer et en même temps profiter de l’île . Il y a vraiment tout à proximité ( pharmacie , restaurants , casinos , boutiques , bar , plages etc … ) et accessible à pieds . Les instructions de l’hôte ont été claires . J’ai apprécié mon séjour et recommande ce studio .

Our stay at Ricardo's was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous Maho Beach where you can watch planes land up close ✈️, and also super close to the airport and all the local hotspots, restaurants, shops. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although the standard arrival time was after 4:00 pm, we were generously offered an earlier slot at 1:00 pm. The self check-in process was a breeeze. Everything went smoothly, and departure was just as easy. A lovely bonus was the complimentary bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Whether you’re looking to explore the island or unwind in a clean, cozy, and well-located home base, this spot is perfect. 👏 We highly recommend this five stars listing! I have to say, my husband and I felt right at home. If you are seeking a modern, clean, high-end getaway for two, look no further! The view, the multiple beaches on the island, the ease of access to local restaurants, are all just fabulous! The island is very easy to navigate, in fact, you can literally walk 300ft down the beach and charter a 7 min boat ride over to Sandy Island- Highly recommend! The host Michel provides seamless communication -the villa was pristine and well stocked with so many amenities, they hosts left “no stone unturned” This location is ideal for short or long stays- Book now- don’t hesitate!!! J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Daniel à Saint-Martin ! Tout était propre, bien aménagé et parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. L’endroit est calme, bien situé, et idéal pour profiter de l’île. Daniel a été un hôte au top : très réactif, disponible et attentif à chaque détail pour que tout se passe bien. Je recommande les yeux fermés et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir ! Merci encore pour l’accueil !

Just an awesome place to spend time in Simpson bay. The penthouse was awesome and would love to come back in the future. The kids had so much fun in the water. Simona went out of her way to ensure we had everything to enjoy our trip.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Alicia’s place! She was an exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. It’s clear that Alicia truly cares about her guests, and her hospitality made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet, die Dachterasse ist wunderschön, vor allem mag ich die Umgebung, sicher, ruhig und vom Flughafen in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich war jetzt das zweite mal in einer Unterkunft von Paul und kann dieses Appartement zu 100% empfehlen. Preis / Leistung stimmen.

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

I was completely blown away by this property—it exceeded all of my expectations! The views were absolutely breathtaking; relaxing on the patio while overlooking Saint Bartholomew was a dream. The home itself was exactly as described: spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, and the bedrooms were comfortable and stylish, each with large, luxurious bathrooms. While it’s about a 25-minute drive from the downtown area, the peace, privacy, and stunning scenery more than made up for the distance. One of the best surprises was the fully stocked refrigerator provided at no extra cost—a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. And then there’s Irene—she was simply incredible. From greeting us with champagne to helping us plan our outings and even assisting with a small issue at the residence, her hospitality made our trip unforgettable. Irene went above and beyond, and we are so grateful. Thank you for making our stay truly special!

Oliver's place is a gem for its location and amenities. The property was very nice, and the views from the pool were truly great. Its location is excellent - a quick and easy walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The convenience of a local market and shopping nearby was also a real bonus. I appreciated how quiet and safe the area felt.

This was our third time staying at Michelle’s place, we always have a great time. Michelle and Brent could not be better hosts.

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

Marcus & Jocelyn’s place was extremely nice. The location is about 30 mins from the airport which allowed us to view more of the island. The place was extremely nice, quiet and the view is beautiful. Irene the host was very friendly and provided treats at check in. The home was stocked with plenty of refreshments which was very thoughtful. I truly enjoyed my stay.

This villa exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away—the place is even more beautiful in person than it looks online! Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the space was clean, spacious, and super comfortable for our group. awesome location, 3 steps to beach. corals nearby with great snorkeling place right behind the house. clean and convenient, close to all action, with dedicated parking and all amenities you would ever need.

Had an amazing stay! The location is perfect location, being that it’s near many restaurants and a few beaches. Definitely recommend renting a car. The place had everything we could need. Love the pools and private beach. Some of the furniture and bed sheets could be updated, but otherwise everything was great. Host was very responsive, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place and will be back!

We were amazed by this rental. We’ve always had great ones in the past but this one is the most beautiful one we’ve had. Rachel and her husband were amazing people and are taking care of your needs as soon as you get there. The views you have from the patio is amazing and relaxing. We will return for sure.

I had a lovely one month stay at this very well equipped apartment in Jordan Village, Cupecoy, Sint Maarten. A low key basic comfortable and spacious apartment, with all basic amenities you would need. Plus some nice complementary extras. Apartment was immaculately clean, and the pool in the apartment complex area was sooo good. Safe neighbourhood with basic shops and eateries within easy walking distance. 10-20 min walking distance to Mullet and Cupecoy beaches, and easy driving to all beaches on the island; 10 min drive to Maho Village and Princess Juliana International Airport. Very hospitable and responsive host, Vishal facilitated a comfortable first rate experience. I hope to rent from Vishal again for even longer stays in this lovely place in the future.

We spent three amazing days in this beautiful Airbnb! As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the view of the beach and planes landing. The view is just spectacular. The condo was exactly as pictured, and we really didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo has a beautiful view of Simpson Bay Beach. The balcony is very large, and we spent a lot of time hanging out there while we were at the unit. Every detail is thoughtfully thought out, making the place special. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the view from the terrace is so beautiful. Perfect for viewing arriving and departing aircraft. It was worth the money spent. It was close to everything including the airport and within walking distance to Maho Beach and the casino and restaurants. We look forward to staying again! I would recommend to anyone who needs a spacious home with great views and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you, Wei and Fritz.

An amazing stay all around! I went in May so we were greeted with an entrance of lush trees and gorgeous flowers that led up to the front door (great for pictures). The unit looks even better in person-- extremely clean and spacious with beautiful decor. The living room couch is super comfy, my friend barely slept in her room that's how comfy it was. The view of the beach was great. Although the planes are nearby, there was no noise pollution when we were inside, which was great for peace and quiet. Sylvia was very responsive, thorough, kind and friendly. I highly recommend booking with them!

Jays place is absolutely stunning!! Waking up to that view every day was amazing!! Beautiful beach is steps away and it feels very private, never got crowded. The place is well equipped with everything you need and more and the air conditioning is 10/10! Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and everything was so clean. Communication was quick and easy for any questions you may have and the check in process was so smooth. This place is definitely one of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed in and will definitely be back when I return to Saint Martin !!
